Description of Work: Arrived ahead of time. Got the job done in less time than I thought that it would take. The new AC system appears to be the exact one needed for our condo. We have used their services before and will continue to use them.

Description of Work: We had an amazing experience with Pickerington Heating & Cooling. They made us feel like family and went above and beyond to help us through a bad situation.

Description of Work: Tech checked air conditional as requested. I was told that another Tech would contact me to discuss the matter with me, no one from the company called or followed up. I was not comfortable with the knowledge level of the tech.

Description of Work: The representative did the yearly A/C. My unit had to be replaced. It was 22 years old and was leaking coolant somewhere along the line. The rep helped me to understand what specs I should consider for the replacement unit. I bought a unit from another company because I wanted a particular brand, but I certainly will call Pickerington HVAC foe service again.

Description of Work: I purchased an inspection and cleaning package for my air conditioner through Angie's List. The service technician arrived promptly (and called in advance as asked). He was very thorough in cleaning the exterior unit and educating me on proper maintenance moving forward. As we had an issue that required troubleshooting (loose wiring due to vegetative growth near unit) the technician identified and resolved the issue for an additional service fee. Overall, I was very satisfied with the level of service but would warn anyone who purchases the inspection and cleaning package in the future, that you should be prepared to pay an additional service fee if the technician identifies any issue.

Description of Work: First, I had been scheduled for a day they did not come here they said, so they had to reschedule. Then it was "sprinkling" rain at my house the day they were to cone & they called & said due to the "pouring" rain in my town they could not do the AC check even though they were here. Rescheduled again for a week later, when it was raining fairly hard, so could not do again. Due to my own schedule I was not able to continue rescheduling. They offered to come the next day, but again one has to set aside a 3 hr. window which I could not do. They were polite & offered the refund, but it seems to me they should not have to do this-working outside, why would they not have portable covering to do these jobs in a timely fashion, or...arrange to call & come when a day is nice if it works for the customer? I would not schedule with them again for anything due to the inconveniences of weather they cannot work around. They did state they also would have to come inside, which meant someone must be here.

Description of Work: Replaced motor in A/C unit. Service was good. A little pricey, especially since I told them what was wrong with it.

Description of Work: Ordered the 39.00 Heating Cooling inspection Coupon Code [removed], the company waited the full three days to contact me late in the day only to start by saying that Angie's List was supposed to have already removed the deal because they no longer honored the voucher; they then went on to say that the reason was that they do not service my area (which is totaly false they are all over my area). So tired of flaky Heating and Cooling Company's, take a look at their website where they plug Angie's List over and over, very dissatisfied with this interaction.

Description of Work: The Pickerington team arrived a couple minutes early for the appointment. They introduced themselves and explained what they were going to do. The team proceeded to get to work and completed the job as required. They cleaned up after themselves and was very professional the whole time.

Description of Work: Replaced battery which started the air conditioner. The unit is 17 years old and this was the first repair done. I'm happy it was inspected as it prevented more costly repairs in the future.
