They were great. They are one of the better people that we have dealt with in this house. They were prompt, they were on time, and they back up their product. I think the price was a little on the higher side, but we did not compare any prices. We had some special stuff done, and they did it without any problem.

Everything went smoothly. The provider arrived on time. They were efficient and took time to explain the blower capacitor and why I needed to replace it. I'd use Pickerington Heating & Cooling for any furnace or A/C checks/issues in the future.

It was great working with these guys. I'm doing a complete overhaul of a SFR rental after tenant neglect and severe water damage. I stay home with my toddler and I don't want him in this house because it's unsanitary. PH&C was so easy to deal with because I could depend on them to show up when they said they would, they got down to business, and never wasted my time. They did the installation of both in a day, and came back to patch a couple spots on my existing ductwork and installed a new vent duct so I could move my dryer to a different spot in the house. By far, the best price around. I didn't go high end because it is a rental, but I know I got a quality product that's way more efficient than the dinosaurs I had in there before. Many home owners don't realize that most of the known brand names just have more bells and whistles that make it more likely to break down and more expensive to fix. What matters most is a proper installation, and Pickerington H&C did a great job.

There was a calendar mix up for my first scheduled appointment (the person I scheduled with on late February booked my appointment for Feb 5 instead of March 5), but that was an easy mistake, and they were very apologetic and prompt in getting me rescheduled. I needed the furnace tune-up done quickly, as it was one of the buyer requests for selling my home, and they were very friendly and accommodating in scheduling. the tech found a couple of small issues, explained them to me very clearly, and addressed them fro a very reasonable cost. I think he charged me about $3 more to replace the filter than it costs me to buy one at Lowe's, and $28 dollars to replace a control module. All in all, I felt like I got a very good deal.

I have used this company for over 12 years in my personal home and in a rental home. They are prompt and professional in every way. I plan to use them this year.

The young man who came was very knowledgable and explained that the humidifier will not run when the outside temperature is so extremely low.

Had a 22 year old HVAC system that would need to be replaced eventually. Looking to get an idea of cost to do. Was surprised when there was no pressure sales tactics used, in fact the recomendation was to do nothing right now until there is a problem, then replace at that time. I decided to replace on my terms not the system's decided time to die. Was made aware of a $400 off coupon. Only reason a score of "B" on price was given was because when asked if any better price could be given the answer was no, but in a very nice way. I like to negotiate prices and will only give scores of "A" if a bussiness reduces their price from original quote. They are giving me a good discout on vent cleaning (ask for it if you get a new system). Found them to be very competivetive with prices, and with a 1year parts and labor warrantee you can't go wrong. + one free service call in the future for system check-up. Installers were great, took time to talk to me and explain things. Would highly recomend this company for any products and services to be done.

Went very well. A young tech performed the services. He cleaned my furnace, showed me a few parts that needed replaced. Didn't do anything without my permission fist. No pressure to purchase. Very pleasant and professional.

Pickerington Heating and Cooling gets an A for same day service--they were at the house within two hours of the call, left to get the part, returned, and fixed the furnace by 3:30. They get a C on price--they were sketchy on letting me know what I was getting billed for on parts and labor. Overall rating is a B for me; $400 for same day furnace service isn't too unreasonable, I guess.

They went above and beyond. They did a couple of little extra things, like moving the unit, and having to dig a small area to accommodate the new unit. They even found a bare spot to put the grass they dug up. They also installed a programmable thermostat that I had purchased previously not from them.

Installation went very well. The technician was on time for the appointment. He also took time and made the piping very clean, as hidden as possible, and took pride in his work. I would definitely use them again.

He came and listened to my complaints and promptly repaired them. Very happy with service.

It went okay. They were friendly and courteous. I didn't have any problems with the work done, but I had some issues with the device that was installed. The device they installed really didn't function properly. When I turned the device on again for this winter it smelled like something was burning so I had to turn it off again. I didn't choose the device, they brought it with them. I didn't have any problems with Pickerington Heating & Cooling at all, it was just the device that was the problem.

Took about 25 minutes to replace the humidifier on our furnace; there was no need to run any lines of any sort since they were already there.

Company was able to install unit within a week of purchase, though they rescheduled (actually moved it a day earlier) because they were going to be in my area anyway. Installer was a courteous and professional young man. Did a good job of locating spot for installation of humidifier and controller. Answered my questions and offered tips, etc. Would have liked more upfront details in the AL deal offer, such as manufacturer and model # of the unit. Would consider using Pickerington Heating and Cooling again, although they are not located close to my area (Lewis Center).

The main office was very responsive and professional when making the appointment. The installer arrived 30 minutes after the end of my appointment window because he had forgotten a tool at his last job. He installed the humidifier in about 1 hour, which was consistent with what I was told when I made the appointment. I had to ask him to show me how to use the equipment - I think he would have left without giving my any instructions if I hadn't asked. Overall my experience was good, however I wouldn't want this particular installer again.

I had selected Pickerington heating based on previous Angie list awards and A rating. I think they did a good job installing the unit. It was a two person team- Jim the main technician and one support assistant. They were on time, cleaned up after the work and were quick. They completed the install in 45 minutes or so and answered some questions I had to my satisfaction. I will update the review after the end of the first year based on any service/warranty issues that may or may not surface. Seems like a good company. Does the humidifier help? I think so, but it could vary from person to person- So far I have not had nose bleeding or dry eyes during the first half of this winter. I think the added humidity is definitely helping.

Did a good job with cleaning and maintenance of my furnace.

They set me up with an appointment and then cancelled saying that I was outside of their service area. It looked like I was within a couple of miles but they did not want my business.

I think the price was very reasonable and they performed the service in one day. They were very clean and efficient. I would definitely use them again.
