We purchased and Angie's List deal to have whole house humidifier installed. Pickerington Heating & Cooling was prompt, professional and quick in everything they did. I would definitely use them again.

Work was performed as needed. They did an excellent job!

Vendor came out within 48 hours (my choice) and installed a new filter and checked that all the mechanics were functioning properly. They showed me how to change the filter out myself, but because of the location and space around my furnace it will be extremely difficult. I was told by the gentlemen that I could have them change the functionality of the furnace to make it easier to install the filter. The price for this work was very affordable and I will be use the company again.

Scheduler was very nice. Times were flexible. Tech was professional and thorough.

He came out on December 3rd, but he wasn't able to work on the furnace because it is a boiler furnace. He suggested another Angie's List company and let us know to contact Angie's List to get a refund. He was very honest and professional and we would definitely work with him again on a regular furnace.

I purchased the Big Deal for a new furnace and installation. I can say that all of my dealings with Pickerington Heating & Air were outstanding. I was contacted a couple of days after I purchased the deal, they came out within a week to view the site and set up installation, and installation was scheduled right away. There was a slight mix up on the installation time but we were able to work it out (and the installers were more than nice about it, and waited while I could get someone there to let them in) and the unit was installed in about 3 hrs. They took away all of the old materials/furnace and made sure that the area around the new install was clean. The installers then went over where the filter is, unit operation, etc. They were great. I would definitely have them back to do work at my house.

Prompt and efficient. They were here when they said they would be here. They gave me a 3 hour window and they were here easily within that. The main thing that I didn't' care for, is that they never checked to see if the humidifier was on or set properly. They also never checked the filter. If I was going to have them do something, I would have it spelled out specifically in writing as to what I was hiring them to do. That was there was no misunderstanding.

Through an Angie's List deal, I had Pickerington Heating and Cooling replace my VERY old Williamson furnace. They did a great job, were very patient and answered all the questions we had. I will use them again for maintenance and repair, and will recommend them to my friends and neighbors.

We had a break in and our furnace was stolen, Mike came out within 24 hours of us calling, was professional and extremely nice, did not take advantage of my situation (as another had and quoted me $9500.00 for furnace and install) and got the job done for less than $2500.00. My husband told me that the two employees who did the install were very friendly and very efficient. Thank you Pickerington Heating for coming to help us in a time of need and for having a super deal going on. I have already told everyone about you and will be calling next summer for central air to be installed!! Thank you, thank you, thank you!

Very nice and they did a great job. They were on time and very professional. Even came back to evaluate the job. We were very pleased and will use them again in the future.

Technician was very helpful, performed tasks acquired in detail. Took the time to answer some questions about concerns we had outside of inspection purchased. Technician took the time to answer my questions and further reviewed the furnace/air conditioning related to my concerns and made some minor repairs at no additional costs.

Service was scheduled promptly. He arrived during the time period they gave me and called when he was on his way. Did the inspection, safety check and tune up and sent the report to my email immediately. Though my furnace is very old, it was running fine and no problems were found. The worker was efficient and professional.

They were extremely responsive, on-time, on-budget, conscientious, professional, friendly, and exhibited an unusual (but welcome) concern for customer satisfaction. You can tell they have been doing this awhile and also why they have such a high rating on this site.

They arrived on time on the appointed date, and spent about an hour making sure everything was working fine. They also gave some useful advice about maintenance of the furnace.

The parts were late arriving so they were almost 40 minutes behind schedule. I had to call to make sure I had the correct time. Once they arrived, they were very professional and friendly. We would use again.

They were prompt when making it to my appointment. They were also very knowledgeable in their field. I would recommend them to others as well as use them again.

I did not need to use them at that time.

I ended up not needing it. There response time was great.

They do not work on my type of furnace.
