Not even a month later my furnace went out. They were terrible. They seemed like they had no knowledge to what they were doing. The workers did not seem very friendly. I would not hire them again.

They were okay. I wasn’t too impressed with them. My furnace was making a sound and they said they would come out and check it out. They came out for the service and of course it wasn’t making a sound when they were there. They told me that they would come back out when it was making the sound and take a look at it. So I called when it was making sound and they charged me another service fee. I didn’t like the fact that they didn’t stick to their word. They told me that they would come back out and check it out when it was making the noise and not charge me a service fee and they ended up doing that. I wasn’t real thrilled with that. Their initial $75 fee was fine.

It turned out great. I got a new furnace and sitting here enjoying it as we speak. I got a new thermostat that wasn't part of the deal. They did a nice job. In and out. Professional. I think they did a nice job and there work came out great. Price was excellent. The best people I have worked with so far.

The service person was knowledgeable, professional and prompt. We would use the services of this company again. Also, the office staff was very friendly, accommodating and helpful!

92 bucks to flip a switch! So my furnace wasn't lighting, I assumed the spark gap was dirty or it needed a new pilot ignition so I called these guys based on the great reviews and the fact that they only charged 39 bucks for a tune up, I assumed they would be reasonable. The technician arrived 30 minutes late, looked at the thermostat for 10 seconds, went to the basement and took the cover off the furnace. Then he flipped the power switch (which i had turned off the night before) and the thing fired right up. i guess I needed to let it reset for a while. He pointed his flashlight at the furnace for 5 minutes, did a "carbon monoxide" test (with a broken meter that wasn't working) and told me I should call columbia gas because he smelled something funky that could be a gas leak(they came - it wasnt gas) Then he tells me i owe him 92 bucks! To flip on the power switch! No repairs! No cleaning! Nothing but flip on the power! The technician had a great opportunity to build good will with me as I was a first time customer and I would have happily paid the 36 dollar labor fee as a courtesy to him for coming all the way out. But 92 dollars for essentially doing nothing but driving out to my house is over the top outrageous. I am replacing that furnace this year anyway, but I will be seeking another provider that wont gouge me for just showing up.

The humidifier that connects to the furnace failed because the service provider failed to inform me that the hose that connected to the furnace needed to be replaced.

They did great job, they responded quickly, they checked things on the furnace and the carbon monoxide. I was very satisfied with the work they did and thought we responded right away. I would give them an A for their overall service and their price was great. We also like the technician that came and it was nice that they were local.

It turned out fine. I think everything was fine as I wasn?t at home but my wife was there. It went as expected. I was satisfied with them and I don?t have any complaints. They did what we were expecting. The price was great.

They did have to adjust their scheduled time, but they called and asked if it was ok. They had a cancellation and asked to move up the appointment. They were very professional. They came and did what they had to do. They explained what they were doing as they went along. The individual was very helpful and knowledgeable. He also told me things I could do to maintenance the furnace in between service calls.

It was an okay experience. The company sent one tech who was at the home for 20 minutes.

The service was fine, it was very good. There were no charges on top of the $399 of the big deal. There were no issues, and it took them maybe 45 minutes to install it. The customer service, the friendliness of the installer and all of the issues stood out. The price was excellent.

Very fast, efficient and professional.

No issues with this company. We will definitely keep them in mind for our next A/C check.

Got the furnace working again quite quickly, and then used the remaining time to perform some basic preventive maintenance. He was very professional, was able to come out the same day, and I wouldn't hesitate to call them again for any future service needs.

Very quick response time. I was afraid the cost was going to be much higher and that the news was going to be much worse due to a repair and a dire prediction that we had received from another company last spring. I was very relieved that our unit was not going to need more work ( only 7 yrs old) and that we got a honest repair quote. Yes, our reputable builder did not put a top of the line unit in and we will have to replace it sooner rather than later (the other company was correct on that too), but when we replace it we will definitely get a quote from this provider!

Pickerington H&C has been great to work with! They responded to the request for service promptly and answered all questions and replied to all emails promptly and professionally. I did have a small issue , but I emailed them about it and within 48 hours the issue was resolved fully. They stand out from the rest with their excellent communications and reliability. Everyone I worked with was very friendly as well which was refreshing!

On time, advised I may need a new part in a year or so. Did a wonderful job, very polite, friendly and would highly recommend.
