Service Tec was professional, friendly and up front with service.

We have used them only once and they did a good job. They were good and we started the maintenance plan with them, so they offered that. We couldn't get a couple of other places we called to call us back so we just went with them. Their price was reasonable compared to everyone else. I have not used too many, but they seemed to be a little bit cheaper than some of the other places we have used. I plan to use them in the future considering they actually answered their phone.

It went OK. I paid extra for them to replace a part on the air conditioner. They came out within a week or 2 after I purchased the deal. I spent about $80 and change. They inspected the unit because there was noise coming from it because a part was bad. Everything is working OK now.

Service Tech tested furnace and found nothing wrong after gas company claimed tjere was a leak. He came out quickly with very short notice. Thought it was pretty reasonable given the quick response.

They looked at the furnace and ran a test to check it's efficiency. They gave us an estimate on what it would cost to get a new unit, which is what we were after. They checked the filter and all that kind of stuff and said that everything was fine, it was operating fine. The 2 young guys that they sent out were very nice and really professional and did a good job. They even sent us a receipt. They had a tablet with them so they could send us the receipt right away. They got an estimate back to us within a day or two. I thought they were very professional.

The technician was very professional. They listened carefully and wanted my input on how I wanted it installed. He did a great job installing the humidifier.

The tech came out to look at the furnace and determined that my furnace wouldn't work with the deal due to being an older model furnace which the duct work is on the bottom and not the top like the more modern furnace that the deal was for. Pickerington was very cooperative and great to work with though.

They were great. Showed up on time, very professional, and get great instructions on how to use the unit. It was a very positive experience for us.

Everything about this went better than I expected. I bought the big deal for a new gas furnace installed for $1,499. They came out and looked at my current setup, and then within a few days called back to schedule installation of the new unit. The deal was for a unit up to 100K BTU, I needed a 130K BTU unit for my size of home. However, they only charged me an extra $279 for that, which I thought would be much more. Installation went well, It only took them a few hours and they had the new unit installed and going and the old unit in their truck. The house feels so much better now, the old unit still worked okay but didn't distribute the heat as evenly as the new one and it was much louder. I'm hoping to get a similar deal from them for a new AC when I get my tax refund soon.

The company initiated contact soon after our purchase to schedule installation. The installation technician, Matt, was punctual & polite. He wasn't sure where to best install the humidifier, so he spoke with a supervisor, & then Matt discussed the situation with my husband & me. We all agreed, & the installation took about an hour to complete. Matt showed us how the system works & what we need to know to maintain it, which is very little. He did a good job cleaning up.

They were absolutely the best! They were efficient and pleasant. The price was very good!

Great service by Mike professional and great with explaining what was going on. My dog wasnt thrilled with him but I wont hold that against him :) I bought the service contract and will use them again and highly recommend them. thank you Mike and Pickerington Heating. It's been one issue after another, we could not get this done. They agreed I need to get a refund.

Excellent experience! Furnaced went out on a cold winter day. Called them at 5:15pm. They arrived by 6:30pm and got it working for $148. We will use them again and would highly recommend them to others.

The price was way less then the company who had originally put one in. They did a great job. The workers were super. They were very prompt. The warranty they gave us is for two years and we bought an additional warranty for ten years. Any service call for three years is at no charge. The owners son came out to discuss the work with us. He is very pleasant. He did not push any work that we did not want.

I thought it went great. They said everything is in good order. I know nothing about the furnace so hard to determine if they did something or not. They were on time, professional, prompt with feedback, etc. I would use them again.

The technician came out to look at the old humidifier and discovered that it was still in working order it just needed the water valve turned on. Turns out I didn't even need the Big Deal and the technician didn't even charge a service fee.
