They came out immediately and gave me a free quote for the units and informed me that my previous unit installed by the old owners was grossly oversized. My old furnace from 1999 had a crack in the heat exchanger and needed replaced. We opted to have the air conditioner done at the same time. They have great pricing, beating the next quote for the same size units by about $2800. We presented the quote to our insurance adjuster and he approved it immediately and we scheduled install for the next week. I had a doctors appt that morning, but left them a key and instructions to get started. I arrived about 20 minutes after they began and they were already busy. They wasted no time in removing my beast of a furnace. They installed my new furnace and air conditioner in about 5 hours on an 88 degree day. I wasn't sure they'd come all the way to Upper Arlington, but I'm so happy they did! We installed a 16 Seer air conditioner and a 96% efficient furnace. The units also come with a great warranty and the company will come back to inspect your unit twice in the first year of ownership to make sure everything is running as it should.

Called and set the appointment with the company (they don't see messages on Angie's list) the agent arrived as promised and did a great job .. my wife handled all the details with the furnace repair man and they found a dead bird in there ..go figure.. we just purchased this home a year ago and having this done; at this price before winter sets in, is a very worth while investment.

Called this morning and the guys arrived this afternoon as I was told. Cleaned and checked out the unit and found no issues. Both nice and professional, as well as knowledgeable. I would use their services again without hesitation.

The rep called me to give me a heads up that he was running behind on time. I did not have a problem with, due to the hour was full of traffic. The rep finally showed up and was very professional. The service rep respected the floor and carpet, by wearing shoe coverings. The rep was very knowledgeable of his job and did not mind explaining in details the issues found. He did not try to rip me off by making me purchase additional equipment, nor did he recommend anything unnecessary. The service was perfomed and complete within an hour and GTG.

Unfortunately unable to use them at this time due to the incorrect info...I notified this company to get a quote on either repair/replace of my AC unit. Mine has been freezing up and on another occasion it simply stopped working altogether. I was caling for a second opinion on replacement not and price comparison for repair/replace. I spoke to a young lady Brittany, I believe that was her name but I might be incorrect on that. I asked her to have someone come out to provide that quote. She then advised me someone could come out that same day which was great then she advises me it will cost $92 just to show up. I then shred with her on Angie's List it states "Free Quotes" She even agreed with me on that but states while they do offer free quotes the technicians are "working" by coming out that will cost $92. I'm not sure what's free about that. On the other hand Brittany, if that was her name, was very nice. I'm simply disappointed in this company claiming free quotes when they are charging almost a hundred dollars to come out to give that free quote in my opinion is far from free.

They did a fantastic job. They were courteous, clean, and on time. They kept us informed about what they were doing. They were professional and efficient. Before they left, they walked us through their maintenance plan, which was excellent. We were very happy with their work.

The technician, Chris, came out promptly within an hour of my call. When he arrived we went to the compressor unit outside and he immediately checked to see if we had refrigerant. When he found we had refrigerant he immediately went to the capacitor. The fan unit was running but the compressor was not which is why we didn't have cool air blowing. He removed the capacitor and put the volt meter on the capacitor to show me that the capacitor was bad and not jump starting the compressor. He had a capicator with him and promptly changed the capacitor and put eberything back together. He even put the cover back on that I had removed myself. Chris was in and out within 1/2 hour. I am very satisfied with this company and the technician they sent. Lets face it, any companies is only as good as their people are knowledgeable and respectful and Pickerington Heating & Cooling has a good technician in Chris and their receptionist was just as friendly and knowledgeable.

They came and took care of my issue as promptly as they could. The company, they get their parts through, did not have the part right away. The owner was on leave at the time. Once he got back he got my problem fixed as promptly as he could.

He was thorough, professional and timely. Overall, a nice job.

Called in the morning and a technician went to inspect my A/C unit that same afternoon. The technician called before arriving and he was very nice, respectful and knowledgeable. He determined that the unit was low on refrigerant and added some more. We talked about possible leaks in the system and how he would test to find it if the unit loses the refrigerant again in a short period of time. Definitely would recommend and use again.

I talked with this provider when our air conditioning went out today. He was knowledgeable and courteous and indicated he could get a technician to our house within a few hours. Although we decided to use a different contractor (one we had used when we lived elsewhere), I would be more than willing to give Pickerington Heating and Cooling a call on another occasion.

Did preseason air conditioning check, went smoothly. Slightly disappointing that the outside temp was quite cool when the appointment was, but the a/c continues to work so

Tech was very knowledgeable. He checked system plus troubleshot a problem we had. He was on time, got to it and did everything we expected.

The service for the big deal from Pickerington Heating & Cooling was kind of okay. There was an additional charge other than the big deal. The scheduling was tough because sometimes they were short of staff and then the prices are way too high.

I called Pickerington Heating and Cooling and was able to schedule my service for two weeks out. Due to the fact that I was "almost" outside of their service area, I had to wait a bit. I wanted to schedule with them for two reasons - first, Angie's List gave them a high rating. Secondly, Pickerington was running a special on inspections through Angie's List. I was skeptical, however, when their office called and cancelled on me twice. The first time was because they had emergency a/c calls with established customers. The second time they said it was raining too hard/too much to perform the service. They did make it out on the third scheduled appointment. Once the Technician was out, he did a good job. The only thing I was disappointed in was they did not call 1/2 hour before coming out.
