Scheduled an appointment over the phone with a very kind and happy person. Appointment was in 2 weeks. The day of the appointment the young guy showed up in time giving me a call 15 min in advance. He thoughtfully check all the furnace and explained me very professionally several things. I also asked a quote to change furnace, which was provided timely and with competitive price. I'll go for it in few months and stick with them for a while.

found a deal on angies list for this company. very professional from the first phone call to the technician walking out the door after fixing the problem. Tom seemed very knowledgeable and experienced and found the problem quickly. also checked a few other things to make sure the furnace was operating safely.

Mike was friendly and professional. He called ahead to inform me of his expected time of arrival. Mike arrived promptly and gave a friendly greeting. He was curtious and professional at all times.

He replaced the part causing the problem & also replaced our thermostat. We wanted a simpler model. Something user friendly. He had several models on his truck and was able to do that for us also.

It went well. The installer worked AbOut 9 hours removing our old furnace and putting in the new furnace.

Replaced one part and did a very thorough safety check.

Good job only complaint is on Friday they told me they couldn't give estimate for new air conditioner until 1st of week. Never heard anything so Wednesday and said just come out replace motor.

I called them because I thought I needed a humidifier on my furnace this past winter. They came out and took the humidity readings in the house and said they'd love to sell me one but that I didn't need one which I thought was outstanding. They never installed anything. They were just so honest and told me I didn't need it. The service was free. They had an Angie's List special going on for Angie's List members which was $200 under every body else. They were out the next day. They are fast, honest and have excellent pricing.

Mike was outstanding. Prompt, courteous, professional and above all caring about the overall customer experience. I called Weds afternoon and the next day Mike was out. No hard sells, just the facts as they say and it turned out to be only a minor (under $100) repair. We could not have asked for a better experience from top to bottom. I would recommend to everyone and they even traveled to Hilliard from Pickerington for the service!!! Excellent Service: I had initially called because instead of cooling my Heat Pump(10yrs old) was heating the house, despite my thermostat being set to Cool. The Technician, Noah knew right away that it could have been 1 or more of 3 potential issues(a competitor charged $79 to tell me that it was not happening while he was there so he could't do anything). Noah explained clearly what the issues were and what they could do to narrow down what the actual problem was. Turned out to be a severe fault on the Heat Pump itself and given the cost, I opted to have it replaced with an Air Conditioning Unit. I live in a very old house with little space the basement, and upon inspection it was determined that the AC Coil was positioned poorly and it would be in my best interest to replace the furnace(19yrs old) also. Mainly due to the power consumption the AC would have needed to cool the air, and the wear it was putting on the system. I was given two options: Leave things the way they were and replace the Heat Pump or Replace both and redo duct work. I opted to have Replace both and redo duct work all at once to save money in the long run. The total job took around 4-5 days to complete, the Technicians were all very courteous and friendly. They explained what they were doing each day and what I should expect as far as progress. The overall process was extremely positive and they were great to work with. Will defiantly be working with them again, they have a customer for life!

It went fine. The repairman showed up on time, worked efficiently, checked all of the electrical components with a voltage meter, found some things that needed to be cleaned that might contribute to our very high electric bills. Topped off the freon. Very personable and friendly. My one issue was they quoted me $118 to replace the capacitor in the a/c unit, and I went inside and googled the part and found that it cost $10-$20, and took two screws and some slide-on electrical connections, so it would take me 10-15 mins, and probably would take the repairman 5 or less. $118 for a $15 part and 5 mins of labor seems like an excessive markup, and doesn't give me a feeling of trust.

Very well. The tech was very nice and explained everything to me clearly so that I would understand. The woman I scheduled with was also extremely nice and helpful. An I received a follow up call after the work was done.

Everything was explained by Mike who went above and beyond what was required of him. Best service I've had in a very long time. He was very courteous, respectful and professional.
