+ 0 moreThey responded to my inquiry quickly. They talked me through a possible fix, so that I could fix it myself. When I couldn't fix it they came out promptly at the appointed time. There was a little confusion initially about the size of water heater needed, but there was no problem with them taking it back and coming back with the correct size. They did everything punctually, effectively and did quality work.
Description of Work: They replaced the water heater.

He arrived promptly, worked efficiently, and performed all the repairs to our complete satisfaction. I found both Mike and Mark to be very professional and would call them again with any future problems.
Description of Work: Replaced the kitchen faucet and the "pop-up" drain covers in two bathroom sinks.

+ -1 moreThey were great. When the previous plumbing company came in, the guy was here an entire day to install a bathtub faucet, and when we tried it that evening, it leaked! We asked Stafford to repair the faulty installation, which they did. While they were here, they noticed a different leak (that the previous plumber should have taken care of) and fixed that as well. Mark was our plumber, and he did a great job. Mike, the owner, even stopped by to make sure we were in good shape, which I thought was a very nice gesture.
Description of Work: They came out to fix a bad installation of a bath faucet done by a different plumber. They ran new CPVC feeds to faucet, capped an open PVC vent, and also fixed a leak in the waste/overflow adding a new seal and gasket.
