SHEARER'S WOOD FLOOR FINISHING

The floor had been covered by carpet for 50 years and were dirty, scuffed, and stained. Matt sanded down to the bare wood and used professional grade urethane to refinish. Matt was very professional in his detailed price quotation and did extra work to minimize the stain damage and some rusty nail holes. The floors are beautiful, the centerpiece of the house. They are dead flat and show no sanding marks or high and low spots, and the finish is perfect, with no dust or bubbles anywhere. He came when he said he would, returned phone calls and worked on a schedule that we worked out together. His price was among the lowest, and when I added a room the price was the same per square foot.

The experience was very nice. They were professional. It was a major job to sand and refinish the floor. They arrived on time and they worked hard to get the desired color that we wanted.
