+ -1 moretook a water sample They teated it 30 minutes later they were out to look at my mess Said they rebuild every thing Fix the pump and tank and install RO system for 2000.00 Two day later they did the job and it was 400.00 less, then said wait a few days to make sure things were ok before you pay. all other companies said I needed a complete new system 7900.00 to 10,000., Both my sisters now have now new systems from them also.

Description of Work: We use this company for service of our water softner, reverse osmosis system and salt delivery. They are very good at delivering salt on a regular basis to us since we have to use the salt that takes out rust and are willing to come when we miss a delivery. This time, we discovered the softner was not cycling. I called them and over the phone they walked me through the problem and offered to come out if need be. These folk are very kind, and know what they are doing. I would recommend them to anyone

+ -1 moreTHE WATER SOFTENER WOULD NOT TURN OFF IN MY RENTAL. I WAS AWARE OF THE $50 SERVICE CHARGE BEFORE THEY CAME & THAT WAS OKAY. MY FEAR WAS WHAT THEY WERE GOING TO TELL ME WAS WRONG & THE CHARGES AFTER. I WAS FAIR GAME FOR A RIP OFF BECAUSE I KNOW NOTHING ABOUT WATER SOFTENERS. THE SERVICE MAN WAS VERY NICE & PROFESSIONAL, & EXPLAINED WHAT WAS WRONG. HE EVEN CLEANED OUT MY SALT DRUM & ADDED 2 BAGS OF 80 POUND SALT THAT I WAS GOING TO DO. HE ADDED A NEW GAUGE & FILTER. MY TOTAL BILL WAS $58.58. I WAS EXPECTING A LARGER AMOUNT BUT WAS HAPPY TO KNOW THAT THERE ARE STILL HONEST COMPANIES OUT THERE.
Description of Work: WATER SOFTENER NEEDED CHECKED OUT TO FIND OUT WHY IT WAS RUNNING ALL THE TIME. THE SERVICE MAN FOUND OUT IT WAS THE PRESSURE GAUGE & HE ALSO CHANGED THE CARTRIDGE.
