+ -1 moreI am having some plumbing work quoted. We need a vent pipe that is going down to be vented up on a gas water heater. And two commodes that are wobbly need to be stabilized. Dave was the person who came to our home to give me a quote. The water heater is only 2 years old and rather than fix the venting problem we have, he quoted me $750 to install a brand new water heater. He wanted to do it and quot;rightand quot;. The wobbly toilets would cost $170 each to fix. Dave was very condescending in his attitude toward the fixtures and work that we currently have done in our home and the fixtures. He told me that only HE does quality work and that only he could do it and quot;rightand quot;. He asked to where we are moving and proceeded to give me a discourse on how awful it is where we are moving to. Maybe this guy does quality work, but he won't be doing any in my home because of his attitude and the fact that he wouldn't help us fix the problem, but planned to have us purchase an entirely new water heater from him. He also said he would not install anything that we purchased ourselves.
Description of Work: Came to my house to give a quote on fixing a water heater vent pipe and two wobbly toilets.
