Last year (2011) I used Grass Master Inc. and the results were terrible. Much of our lawn was killed. Contact with Mike the Manager and he told me the young man they used ruined several lawns and was fired. He said they would come out and reseed my lawn - they did come out in spring and drop some seed on the bare spots (didn't even scrape or rough up the dirt). I signed up again for 2012 with the assurance the servicing of the lawn would be much improved. Today I have a yard with much of the turf DEAD and numerous WEEDS. Not just a few weeds, very many weeds. I have been treating them myself to try and rid the lawn of them. Grass Master does an extremely poor job though they offer a good price, you get what you pay for. I am really tired of the excuses of poor weather, or bad help. My neighbors have lawn service from another large company and their lawns are not burned out nor weed infested. I used Grass Master numerous years and believe I previously gave them a good rating. That was in the past. These past two years their treatment of our lawn is terrible and has left us with much work to do to rejuvenate it.

Poorly. As stated above they did not properly aerate my lawn.

I love them. My grass has a different color then everybody elses.

I was happy with their pest control service but not with their lawn service. I would not use them again because I want a company who does both well.

They made my lawn look much better. They always come out and do what they are supposed to do. If there are any problems I call them and they come right back out. They are very professional.

IN THE INITIAL CONSULTATION THEY TOLD ME THEY WOULD BE ABLE TO GROW GRASS IN THE BARE AREAS. THEY BEGAN IN MAY WITH AERATION, USED A SLICER SEEDER, AND APPLIED LIME. IN MID-SUMMER THEY SAID THEY WOULD RE-SEED IN THE FALL. THEY NEVER DID RE-SEED THE BACK YARD AREAS AND THEY HAVE TOLD ME THEY COULD NOT GROW GRASS IN THE BARE AREAS. THEIR LANDSCAPING DESIGN WAS GOOD, BUT THE QUALITY OF CERTAIN PLANTS WAS NOT GOOD AT ALL.

THE INITIAL CONSULTATION WAS GREAT, WE WERE ABLE TO CREATE THE DESIGN WE DESIRED. THEY HAD PICTURES OF OTHER JOBS THEY HAD PERFORMED AS A REFERENCE POINT. WE WERE VERY PLEASED AT HOW QUICKLY THE WORK WAS DONE.

WE ASKED THEM TO SET AN APPOINTMENT TO DISCUSS THE YARD WORK FIRST HAND. 2 WEEKS WENT BY WITH NO RESPONSE. WE CALLED AGAIN AND WERE TOLD THEY DONT DO THAT
