Accel Pest & Termite Control OH

I was concerned about the possibility of termites in my attic. Accel responded promptly to my request for an inspection, which was free. Mark arrived right on time and inspected the attic, where he found evidence of mice. He explained that their service would also get rid of the stink bugs I'd been seeing, plus ants, spiders, and any other pests. We discussed their annual plan, which would include this treatment plus three follow-up treatments during the coming year, as well as any on-call appointments necessary. Two employees arrived within two hours, sprayed all around the windows and doors from the inside and around the entire foundation outside. All of the Accel employees were professional, courteous and efficient. I would definitely recommend them.

He was extremely informative and checked all the rooms in the house including the basement and all around the house spraying when needed or just to be sure when he was suspicious. He was kind. He went beyond anything I had hoped for. Yellow Jackets were gone the next day with only a few hanging around. By the second day absolutely no yellow jackets.

Very disappointed! Shane left a bait box in my kitchen and guaranteed that my dog could not get to the bait. Of course my dog did get it and he had to be hospitalized. I'm very lucky that he is still alive! He consumed a lot of bait. Shane told me he'd pay the vet bills but refused to after he saw how much the vet bills actually were.

The company did a great job. I would definitely hire them if I ever needed them again.

Excellent. Gone practically immediately. Only found 1 dead mouse. The rest died outside I assume. I wish I would have called them sooner.

I emailed this vendor at 1:05 AM on 3/14/16. At 9:45 AM I received a call from the owner setting an appointment for 11 AM. He arrived on time, performed a thorough inspection and took action completing every thing within 1 1/2 hours or less. It was a pleasure doing business with this company. I had spoken to friends about other companies finding they did not include the full service of identifying access points and setting bait traps along with blocking potential access points. This was truly full service for a very good price. I look forward to using ACCEL' s services in the future.

The representative was very professional and helpful but he admitted that chipmunks were not usually dealt with by his company. He tried to block off access and he put lots of poison in the crawl space. He even cam back and checked again for any places of access. But the chipmunks ignored the poison and still go access so in fact nothing was accomplished. He very generously offered to permit his fee to be applied to the fee of a wildlife control company and I am pursuing that. I would certainly use this company if I had mice or other pests.

August 2nd was my birthday. I got an unexpected birthday surprise while mowing the lawn- I had taken the mower over a big yellow jacket ground nest and suddenly they were all over my ankles. I was stung 20 times before I realized that smacking and swatting them was not working and I ran for the house and got into the shower as fast as I could. I spent the next 24 hours in severe pain and in need of help, Last night Aug 4th, around 9:30 pm I had left a message for Accel Pest Control and they promply called me back and I made an appointment to have them come out and take a look and tell me what work needed to be done and the cost. Shane arrived right on time at 9:30am and talked to me before scanning the yard and outside of house for Yellow Jacket or other stinging insect nests. We agreed on a price ($75 to kill the nest and spray the vines on the porch and and another (optional) $25 to cover the whole house outside, before he went to work. He advised me there was a bald-faced hornet (it was huge-I saw it too) on the vines,but no hornet nest found. He used a liquid solution on the vines on the porch and liquid and powder on the ground nest and surrounding area. He told me I should wait at least a day to mow the lawn and not to cover the hole for awhile. He also let me know I could call with any questions or concerns anytime, which really set my mind at ease. I am extremely happy with the work performed, the price, and Shane did the job in less than an hour. He went way above and beyond my expectations, answering all of my endless questions about Yellow Jackets and Hornets. I highly recommend Shane and Accel Pest Control for anyone in need of this service!
