Everything at the start went well. finished the steps and sidewalk and upper patio. started to complain that he needed more money to finish job as it was larger than expected. He told me he needed more pavers so I paid him in full and he told me we would settle up in the end. a few days later he quit showing up, told us he had to order more pavers, but never did. checked with paver company and found out he never order all pavers he said he ordered at the start. He never came back to finish the job and repeated phone calls and emails to him. We took him to small claims court and won judgement. He never showed up. We probably will never see the money he owes us ($4000). Everyone should watch this guy. he puts up a good front but will take your money in the end. Hopefully Steve will see this and maybe finally respond to us.
