+ -1 moreWHEN I OBJECTED TO THE POOR JOB HE SAID HE WOULD MAKE THE WORK RIGHT, BUT THEN PROCEEDED TO ARGUE WITH ME. HE DIDNT SCRAPE OR SAND BEFORE REPAINTING PORCH. HE TOLD ME HE DOESNT SCRAPE OR SAND ANYTHING. THEY PAINT ON THE PORCH DOESNT MATCH THE REST OF THE HOUSE. THE GATE HAD SWOLLEN SHUT, SO HE SAWED OFF A PIECE SO NOT IT IS VERY JAGGED. NOTHING LOOKS RIGHT.
