Do Not Waste Your Time Or Money on These Liars! On March 5th I called to ask about a lawn aeration with the request that it be completed in March. The liars at LawnMatters assured me the lawn aeration would occur “sometime in March” and I was charged $138.51. Lawn Matters took my money and never provided the service! When I called in early April apparently they were now too busy and I was told they could do the lawn aeration “sometime in May”. I asked to have the service I paid for and to at least have them come in April to complete the lawn aeration. After an abrupt disappointing phone call I was told that I could receive a refund for the amount I paid. There was no interest in them coming out to provide the lawn aeration that was promised and paid for in March. Tommy at LawnMatters was referred to me as being a great guy, with LawnMatters supposedly a great company. I have never written a negative Angie review before. I tried to call LawnMatters to amend the situation and they could have cared less

I got them from Angie's list. They are very good. I have it on a yearly treatment. They are very timely. They have done a good thorough job. They always post the warning signs prepared for children playing in the yard. I've liked the products that they've used. I'm just very pleased with their service and the people that come to do it. They are very professional. I like the friendliness of the workers and the good job that they do. It’s always consistent. It’s always done in the time it needs to be done. I don't have to remind them. I have them on a yearly contract and they are always alright here. Its good quality workmanship and they are good people. They will be showing up shortly. I had them three or four times last year. It was interesting because I was going to do this myself on the lawn because I figured I needed the side walking. It was more cost effective for me to have them do it because they buy the fertilizer and so forth in such volume prices which works out less rather than for me to combine and do it.
