+ -1 moreTIM THE TECHNICIAN WAS VERY FRIENDLY, HELPFUL AND KNOWLEDGEABLE. DUE TO THE AGE AND CONDITION OF MY OLD SYSTEM THERE WAS A LOT OF WORK TO DO. I KNOW I WOULD NEVER HAVE FIGURED THIS OUT ON MY OWN. THEY SAVED ME COUNTLESS HOURS OF FRUSTRATION! THE NEW COMPUTER IS JUST WHAT I NEED. NO EXTRA STUFF THAT I WON'T USE.
Description of Work: ADVISED ME ON THE BEST BUY ON A COMPUTER TO FIT MY NEEDS. PROVIDED AND INSTALLED A NEW COMPUTER AND SOFTWARE. RESTORED OLD FILES AND GOT THEM TO RUN ON THE NEW SOFTWARE. PROVIDED TRAINING ON THE NEW EQUIPMENT.
