Please keep in mind when reading this review, my wife and I were leaving for vacation on Tuesday, March 4 at 7am. This review is just too good to be true. On Monday morning, March 3, 2014 I noticed the furnace was running downstairs but did not hear the blower fan. Having utilized Circle "G" in the past for plumbing issues at my business and just recently finding out that they were also doing HVAC work too, I decided to give them a call. There plumbing work in the past has been TOP NOTCH so why not try there HVAC team Upon calling and talking to Mike and explaining what was going on, he asked me if he could come out now. Well after picking myself up off the floor and pinching myself to see if I was dreaming, I said SURE. Approximately 30 minutes later Mike was at my home. After inspecting the furnace, he found that the fan motor was shot. He made a call and as luck would have it, he found a replacement. Mike went and picked up the new motor, installed it, and we were back up running. I don't expect to be this lucky all the time but everything Mike did was greatly appreciated. By the way did I mention he puts on the shoe covers when entering the house. Note: I have used the Circle "G" plumbing team several times in the past with OUTSTANDING results. I have also lined up Mike for additional work in April if the weather ever warms up.
