HALL PLUMBING HEATING & AIR CONDITIONING INC

I used to think Hall's was a quality company. The day after they did the $ 1700 worth of plumbing at my home, my wife was washing her hair. She told me the water was not very warm. I went downstairs to look at the electrical circuit breaker box. When Hall's got done with the plumbing work, they did not turn back on the power to the hot water tank. Duh ! With the furnace fall service, the Hall's guy did the work and left. When I woke up the next morning it seemed chilly in the house. So I went to the thermostat & kicked it up a couple of degrees. Furnace did not come on. So again, I went downstairs to the electrical circuit breaker box, to find everything was on that should be. I went back up stairs I noticed on the side of the thermostat a small door. I opened it & hit the "heat" button & the furnace came on. The Hall's guy did not turn back on the furnace when he was done with his work. LAME ! Does any body do their work correctly now days ? ?

We were not happy with them. It worked when the man came to install the furnace, everything went well. The furnace worked like clock work it was quiet and efficient. They said they could not install the air until it was warmer, they had to come back in the spring. When they came back in the spring, they sent another man. Who pounded so hard int he basement it made our floor rattle. He was just pounding to get it to fix. It was very noisy, every time the air with come on and go off we would hear a pounding sound. We called them back they came out and said it was harmonic that it was the old vent. They just put the furnace they didn't put the pipes. They said it was the old one that was heavier than the new ones. That's what we heard. That noise went on for the longest time. They had to come out again because it wasn't working properly. They had to put a new motor. They have been out hear a total of six times. The air still doesn't work the way it should. We told them the thermostat, you set it for one temperature it always goes to the one above that. We haven't had them since that. I wouldn't recommend them at all.
