The team from Shearer was excellent. We had a problem with our boiler and our furnace and they were able to fix (or replace) both in a very short time frame. The guys were very professional and cordial. I would definitely recommend them to anyone and I plan to have them come back again in the future for regular maintenance.

We hired them to fix a leak in our pipe. We allowed them to cut 2 holes in the drywall and they put a cover over the holes but they left a long hole in the drywall next to the hole they cut. They did the work on Tuesday April 6, 2021, they told me they would be back in a couple of days to fix the wall. We gave them until Monday April 12th then I had to call and complain to get it fixed they told me they would be out on Wed. April 14th and they would call first , they never called, just showed up. Then they promised that they would be out Thurs to finish it up. On that Thursday after 3 pm I messaged them, they said they would come Friday, I told them that every time they promised a time and date and phone call it never happens. Mind you we waited around all these days for them to come back to fix what they destroyed. Thank goodness we are retired and did not have to miss work. They told me that they were tired of my nonsense and would just reimburse me the money I paid and they would not finish the fixing the drywall. That was last Thursday April 15th and a week and 1 day later still no check. I have all the threads of the messages and pictures of the way they left my wall. I wonder how good of a job they did that I can not see, knowing what they left that I could see. Update I did receive the check and written on the check was dissatisfied customer
