Kevin worked with me and provided the information needed for me to choose the right system to replace my old heating and A/C units. He provided multiple quotes until I was satisfied with the units selected. The installation team arrived as we had scheduled and it took 2 1/2 days to complete. The installation was more difficult because the furnace was installed in linen closet (with crawl space below) where the old furnace was. The new furnace was an gas furnace replacing an electric furnace and additional plumbing/electrical services was needed. All in all, I was satisfied with the furnace, A/C unit, humidifier and thermostat selection and installation. I was recommend Jay's to any one who asks.

Jay was a very nice man who has come out to service before. In the past I have used JMS and found them to be very high priced, but decent people. Jay arrived the day after I called, since it was not an emergency, and performed all the necessary services with a very pleasant attitude. I highly recommend him, especially if you want to get away from JMS :)

I would give them a very good grade for what they did. They were efficient and timely. I was very pleased with the work. They removed and disposed of the old heat pump.
