The gutter protection was put in shoddy, have had many numerous calls to get it corrected and still isn't right. Company has since disconnect both their local and 1-800 number. Despite Mr. wind telling me I can call him anytime his number got to a filled voicemail. Mrs. Wind does go to a vioce mail and yu may get a call with in a couple days. Never get a live person no matter what time you call. Are not BBB accredited. Lost that in 2013 due to false address and the number of complaints they have that are unresolved. Their address they use does not even exists and the area that it is located in does not show that they were even there.

[Member Name Removed] is one of 100s of clients that I/we have provided goods and services to. She inspected and approved her product and installation and rated Ever Clean, the product, the installation, and the process all 10 out of 10 including a 10 on a scale of 1 to 10 indicating that she would use us again (signed and dated by Ms. Sieple on September 8, 2014). Now that she is behind on her payments (and seems to be attempting to get out of paying on her contract) she has initiated 3 service calls, all of which have been performed. Two of our service technicians have concluded that our installation had been tampered with. We do have address and working 800 number. Despite all of this, we will continue to service the installation, as we have started a photo documentation of the file and will be able to prove any tampering in the future.
