+ -1 moreWe've been fighting an uphill battle trying to save this original, vintage depression-era sink. The company that manufactured it went out of business in the 1950s, and finding replacement parts has been a lost cause. We called 4 Star, and when Frank arrived and evaluated the situation, he gave it a top notch temporary fix, then told us where we might be able to find some new old stock faucets and trim to fit it. Sure enough...Frank was right. We ordered in the materials, and Frank took it from there, saving a sink that was originally manufactured and installed during the FDR Administration. It hasn't looked this good and worked this well since the boys came back from the Pacific Theater!

Description of Work: They replaced a broken pipe leading from the house to the septic tank. The diagnosed the problem and efficiently did what was necessary to correct the problem and charged a fair price for the repair.

Description of Work: I called them to install a refrigerator water line and upon call they are immediately annoyed and explained how busy they were. The person that took my call set up an appointment range of about three days and ultimately did not show. I am very turned off by this company and I am not quite sure why they are in business. They have zero customer service skills.

Description of Work: I had a septic system back up at a rental house. Rob came out 4 days after I called to examine the system, told me what he thought the problem might be, and called back two days later with the maximum estimate of the repair would be, but assured me that he would only do what was necessary to correct the problem. As it turned out, after a little digging, all that was required was the replacement of a broken pipe, which he did quickly and efficiently only a 4 days after he gave me the estimate. He even honored the 5% off coupon I had as an Angie's List member. I would use 4 Star Plumbing again and would highly recommend them to anyone.
