Everything was completed quickly and no mess was left.

Punctual, cleaned gutters and downspouts; cleaned up after themselves. A little pricey, but good job overall.

Had RKS do my home and a Rental property. Did not complete the job, gutters were missed dirt all over the siding and windows. When I brought this to Richard's attention he stated that he had a new guy who primarley does windows do them he never does gutters. Richard offered to do nothing! Im out $263.00. I have contacted the BBB I would NOT use RKS for any job.

Very satisfied with the service of cleaning/repairing my gutters and down spouts. I was experiencing some water In the basement during periods of rain. After RKS my basement now remains dry during rain. I especially appreciated the pictures of the work that Rich would send me of the work he was doing on my house since I was at work.

They were able to complete the project the earliest of anyone else, they were the lowest price, and they sent billing electronically. My only complaint would be that I was never told what the problem was that caused the blockage in my gutters, and when I asked I was told he would have to check with the employee that completed the work. I still have not heard back since then.

My gutters were in bad shape. They did the most they could for the money I had to spend and it made a big difference. They were honest about what was involved to repair the gutters and did good work.

RKS is fast, reliable, & trust worthy. December 7th I sent an email and within minutes I got a response via email, voicemail, and text message. I have a very busy schedule that keep me away from home a lot and what I appreciated most about RKS was that I didn't have to be home for them to perform the service and I was issued an invoice where I could mail my payment. Because RKS provided me Excellent and Fast service, I returned the same fast response to them by mailing my payment the same day service was performed. Keep up the great job RKS; I plan to call you in the spring.
