RKS provided prompt service and detailed evaluation of additional problems. This was accompanzied by photographs . I plan to continue to use theirnservices as I particularly appreciate Rick's professionalism.

He sent me an email prior to coming out and confirmed the date and time. He was prompt, professional and I was completely satisfied with the work Rich performed. I asked a few questions regarding other projects and he answered them honestly and told me he would get back to me on it. I would recommend Rich to others if they inquire.

RKS explains everything they do and takes pictures of any problems and the after pictures of what was done to correct the problem.

We were completely satisfied with Rich at RKS. He was prompt and was able to answer some concerns and alerted us to a problem on the roof. The job was completed quickly and all debris was taken with him.

RKS responded immediately to my request and did a great job on some very clogged gutters. I wasn't home when he was there, so he emailed me two short videos showing where the gutters were cracked and leaking, and caulked the one he was able to. He cleaned up and left no trace of debris. In fact, the only reason I know that he actually cleaned out the gutters was the loud gurgle I could hear in the gutters a couple of days later when we had a heavy downpour. I'd forgotten what clean gutters sounded like!

I called on Friday, He came out Saturday and clened all of my gutters including taking apart 2 of them to get tennis balls out, for the price he quoted over the phone. We discussed an annual maintenance plan and he was done in under 2 hours. Well worth it !!!
