gas leak repair
+ -1 moreI had another company do some work and left some gas leaks. Redleg Services had to come out and repair the leaks that were left. He found places that had leaks and I did not know the places were even there. He was very punctual and business like.
Description of Work: I used Redleg Services to repair a leaking gas line.

gas leak repair
+ -1 moreCharlie told me he could dig the trench or, if I wanted to save some money, I could dig the trench. I already had a trencher reserved for the weekend (for an electrical trench) so I decided to dig the trench myself. I dug the trench on Saturday and called Charlie and he came out on Sunday and installed the gas line so he would not interfer with the electrician. He was very knowledgeable, fast, and polite. He even added a gas fitting and shut-off valve at the termination of the line in case I ever want to install a gas grill. I was very pleased with the job.
Description of Work: We had a pool installed and needed a gas line installed for the pool heater. Due to the close area, I needed to dig two trenches about 18 inches apart, one for gas and one for electricity. I could dig only one at a time because the dirt from one trench would fall into the other trench. Charlie worked with me to get the gas line laid so I could commence work on the electrical line.

gas leak repair
+ -1 moreMy initial quotes from other companies were anywhere from $1000-$2200. His quote was great. They were quick to respond to the call (fixed within 48 hours.) They were there on time. Their speed of getting the job done was about 2 hours (amazing!). Charlie was very friendly and informative as to what the steps were and also what would happen next with the gas company coming out to hook up the line. Very clear in explanations and answered all my questions. It was a rainy muddy day. As he had to go in and out of the house, he left things very clean. He did a follow-up call to see if the gas company had come out to hook it up.
Description of Work: Gas Service line was replaced from the street to the house.
