I called ahead to see if they were available to work on my computer. I dropped my computer off at the store. They were very professional and nice to talk to. They complete the work quickly and I was happy with the price. The computer has not run out of memory since and is running much better.

Took my computer in because it had viruses and a equipment failure error. They called me the next day and told me that my motherboard and power supply were bad. Best thing for me to do was to buy a new computer. He was very honest and upfront with me. Gave me suggestions on what I needed in a new computer and even told me what not to buy from the store. He then removed any viruses from files stored on my old computer and transferred the files to my new computer. Extremely helpful. Would use them again and recommend them highly.

This is the second time I've taken a computer to RaM Online to be serviced. The experience was excellent both times. The owner Rick is an extremely nice guy, but more importantly he knows his business. With both repairs, he explained what the possible problem could be, my options and cost as far as repair, and an accurate timeframe for repair. When he identified the problem, he called to explain what the issues were and how it would be corrected. You can tell when you talk to the owner that he's honest and very skilled at his job. Finding a good computer "mechanic" is similar to finding a good auto mechanic, and I would recommend RaM Online to anyone.

I called RAM after I had a very frustrating experience. They offered an hourly rate to come out to my home to repair the computer. I chose to drop my computer off at their location which was very reasonable in price as well. At their office, they were able to delete the virus and install new software to prevent the problem from happening again in the future. My computer has been running fine ever since. It was a great experience. I would definitely recommend this company to others.
