 + -1 moreBARB HAS DONE WORK FOR ME BEFORE. SHE RETURNS CALLS PROMPTLY AND SHOWS UP WHEN PROMISED. SHE REMOVED OLD PAPER, REPAPERED AND PAINTED OUR MASTER BEDROOM. SHE DID AN EXCELLENT JOB OF CLEAN-UP AS WELL. SHE IS EASY TO TALK WITH ABOUT THE PROJECT AND CARES ABOUT CUSTOMER SATISFACTION. I WILL USE HER SERVICES AGAIN.
Description of Work: PURCHASED PAPER, REMOVED OLD PAPER, PREPPED WALLS, REPAPERED AND PAINTED LARGE MASTER BEDROOM AND ALCOVE. COST INCLUDES PRICE OF PAPER AND PAINT.

Description of Work: BARB HAS DONE SEVERAL JOBS FOR ME AND I HAVE BEEN COMPLETELY SATISFIED WITH EACH. SHE IS THOROUGH IN HER ESTIMATE, WORK AND CLEAN-UP. SHE IS FRIENDLY AND PROFESSIONAL. SHE HAS DONE PAINTING, WALLPAPER REMOVAL, WALLPAPER MEASURING AND APPLICATION IN MY HOME. I WILL CALL HER AGAIN AND I WOULD RECOMMEND HER WITHOUT HESITATION.

 + -1 moreQUALITY OF THE WALLPAPERING AND PAINTING REALLY DESERVE A ''B,'' BUT WE DID ENCOUNTER OTHER PROBLEMS SO I HAVE GIVEN A ''C'' RATING FOR QUALITY. BARB RAN OUT OF WALLPAPER IN THE KITCHEN SO THERE WAS A DELAY IN FINISHING THAT JOB. HAD SOME DAMAGE TO A COUNTERTOP AND WHIRLPOOL TUB AND THERE WAS SOME PAINT ON THE CARPET. BARB WAS DETERMINED TO MAKE THINGS RIGHT. VERY DISAPPOINTED THAT MORE CARE WAS NOT TAKEN TO PROTECT THINGS IN OUR HOME. HAD SOME IMPERFECTIONS AFTER WALLPAPER WAS HUNG (I.E., BUMPS UNDER THE PAPER), BUT BARB WAS MORE THAN WILLING TO FIX THINGS AND DID NOT ASK FOR PAYMENT UNTIL WE WERE SATISFIED WITH THE WORK AND REPAIR OF THINGS THAT WERE DAMAGED. DID A GOOD JOB OF CLEANING UP AT THE END OF THE DAY. OFFERED SUGGESTIONS FOR OTHER SMALL PAINT JOBS WE NEEDED TO DO AROUND THE HOUSE.
Description of Work: REMOVED WALLPAPER IN KITCHEN AND TWO BATHROOMS, REPAIRED AND SIZED THE WALLS, AND APPLIED WALLPAPER TO ALL THREE ROOMS. FILLED HOLES AND PAINTED THE GREAT ROOM, ENTRY WAY AND HALLWAY.

BARB OFFERED SOME GOOD SUGGESTIONS ON HOW WE COULD ADEQUATELY REPAIR A WALL IN THE BEDROOM TO COVER THE NAIL HOLES FROM OLD WINDOW COVERINGS AND TOUCH UP THOSE SPOTS WITH PAINT RATHER THAN HAVING TO REPAINT THE ENTIRE BEDROOM.
Description of Work: REPAIRED MINOR IMPERFECTIONS AND APPLIED TWO COATS OF PAINT TO OUR GREAT ROOM, ENTRANCE WAY AND HALLWAY.
