I called them to look at some shingles that came off the roof from a wind storm I knew I needed a new roof since the roof was 26 years old they did an outstanding job on the roof they covered everything with tarps and cleaned up after themselves every day before they left. They were a pleasure to work with from start to finish.

He saw the problem and had it fixed within an hour. Price was extremely reasonable. Very polite and professional. Will definitely have these guys come back and do my roof when I need a new one. I actually asked for someone in the company to come back to look at some exterior work I need done.

Denny was the one who came out. He was very pleasant and professional. After inspecting the whole roof, he replaced 6 shingles for me. Now my roof should hold up the next few years before I need to replace it. I was impressed with this company and am likely to call them again.

This provider said he does not work in my area of Ohio. He told me what he thought was wrong since he had made the trip and gave me a rough estimate of what he thought the repair would cost. Since I paid for a whole roof inspection, I expected him to inspect the whole roof. Instead he just looked at the part where water had come in. He wasted his time and mine since he couldn't do the work.

This was work needed due to hail damage. Siding and gutters were covered by insurance, the roof was not. We selected this company because they were local. They were not storm chasers, we contacted them. The job took longer than similar jobs performed by other contractors working on neighboring homes, but the work on our house is noticeably superior to the others.

It went very well. Our house is now warmer on cold days and it stay cooler on hot days. The inside stays at a more even temp. The sagging roof corners were fixed, new vents and gutters were put on. Will was always willing to answer our questions. He and the entire roofing crew and foreman were professional, prompt, knowledgeable and did a great job not only with the roof but with the clean up when the roof was done. These guys are craftsmen, not summer hired help. What a difference the roof makes. We now have a comfortable living space. I would recommend One Time Construction for your roofing needs as well as inside repairs.

As it turned out, the insurance examiner did find storm damage and allowed for a significant amount of repairs, but the amount they offered would not cover replacement of the entire roof and was not above my deductible. So Denny told me I was under no obligation to continue the process with them. Right now I don't have the money to do a full roof replacement on my own, so we stopped the process. But then Denny on his own insisted on doing some basic repairs - at no cost to me - to fix the two worst damaged parts to prevent further roof damage from rain or wind. He also noticed a missing shingle from storm damage to my retired neighbor's house, and offered to fix that for free (which he did!). All in all I was extremely satisfied, and never felt under any pressure or obligation from Denny. I wish all contractor's and sales people I worked with were as helpful and friendly as Denny was.

I was very impressed with the professionalism, courtesy and no-pressure approach to the inspection. I learned what will need to be addressed when the roof needs scheduled replacement in a few years, as well as a rough price. I learned this company also does more than just roof work, and will absolutely have them come back this Fall and give me an estimate to work on my kitchen upgrades.

Removed power vent & fill hole w/wood. Fill 2 Gable vents w/metal - Install 1 Bath Vent . Install inflo vent on rear of kitchen bump out. Had a container for all trash and hauled it away. Notified us if wood replacements wood be extra cost. Includes OC System Advantage Preferred Warranty w/ 50 yr. - 100% Labor/ Materials, 10 yr. MFR Backup workmanship and 130mph wind Warranty. They tarp covered all around the house and clean up after themselves as they were working. I used a discount coupon. Would have them back if needed for future house projects. Very happy with their company and was always able to contact them if needed.

Very professional, prompt, organized, knowledgeable, and very patient with my many questions. I was first impressed by the promptness of Will for the scheduled meetings. A complete inspection of our roof and attic was done, with the addition of photos taken for the roofing crew to know exactly what areas needed work. (Including the location of the flowering hanging baskets, which were not harmed and were replaced with new hooks!) All work was itemized and explained to us so we knew exactly what to expect and what we were paying for. No surprises and everything on the list was completed beyond our expectation. The roofing crew was efficient in their job; no debris in our yard, no damaged shrubs or flowers. Inspections were made by Will during the actual job and after completion; he was very involved with the project from the beginning through completion. I would highly recommend this company and we are planning to use them for future projects. To sum up the experience; Having our roof done right the first time will save us money in the future and I feel confident we chose the right company.

Terrific! The work needed was dicussed in detail based on photographs taken during their inspection. I took part in the whole inspection process so everything was real time. One Time was professional in every phase of the project. If they ran into something unexpected we were told immediately and options were discussed before the work proceeded. The owner worked right along side of his crew. The forman & crew were very skilled and professional. They cleaned up everything and took care not to damage any of our property. We have every confidence that their work was excellant and that we will not face this problem again. We have already discussed a future project with them. Good people.

It went great. My stucco siding was damaged during hurricane Sandy. I got the referral for One Time Construction from a friend who had her roof replaced by them. My contact was Will Cham. He's very professional and knowledgable. Will worked with our insurance company to be sure that everything that could be covered was. I think because of his expertise we were able to get the most from our claim. It was determined that the stucco was so damaged that replacement would have been impractical so we opted for siding. Will's team was professional and did a great job. While they were working, another storm brought down a power line in our backyard. They had to stop work while the line was repaired and the Lakewood inspector had to come and certify the power line replacement was up to code. While I was talking to the inspector about the power line he made a point of commenting on the siding installation. He wanted to let me know what an excellent job One Time Construction was doing. He said he had seen a lot of really bad siding jobs and that I could be sure they were doing everything right. That was really a comfort to have an unsolicited positive review from a housing inspector, especially Lakewood's. I will definitely use One Time Construction again when the time comes to replace my roof.

Rated low on punctuality and professionalism: Punctuality: rescheduled 1 time because of weather, twice for other reasons. I gave no push back, but the delays were unexplained. Professionalism: Agreed to reuse flashing. After tear-off, contractor claimed the skylights could not be reused, and needed to be replaced. Replacements were not the right size, because of unavailability. I had no choice but to agree and added $800 to the bill, no covered by insurance. The interior was not finished. Upon dispute, contractor pointed out the contract states the interior is not finished. Since this was a change, and not contemplated at the start, I was caught unaware.

The One Time roofing crew was prompt, punctual, professional, and quickly removed debris during tear-off from the yard and driveway. The crew worked hard to not only remove the old roof and replace in a professional manner but also did corrective carpentry work on two portions of the roof that had caused some sheathing rot and minor leakage in the garage ceiling over the years. The crew leader explained why the original roof design led to sheathing rot and leakage and how he would redesign to eliminate future problems. The One Time roofing crew did not have to point out the roof design problems and could have simply removed the old roof and replaced as agreed but instead went the extra distance to fix existing design problems and repair prior to installing the new roof. (We paid a small amount for the roof repairs beyond the insurance company proceeds for roof replacement.) We highly recommend One Time Construction Company to others.

Everything went great! They did a great job and completed it in 3 days. They were very polite and exceeded all of my expectations. The neighbors told me that they are impressed.

We had a lot of damage from the wind storm back in April. We called a few places for repair estimates but this company impressed us with their experience and knowledge. Company rep offered to be here when the insurance adjuster came to look at our roof (which was a very good thing...our adjuster did not bring a ladder)He took a ladder from his truck and accompanied the adjuster on the roof. Our insurance paid for the roof minus the deductible. Company rep was very accessable throughout entire process. Work was done as agreed, very prompt, neat and thorough. Company rep was available for complete followup. Highly recommeneded.

One Time Construction did an excellent job from start to finish. Everything that was promised at initial conversations was completely delivered. The roof was installed by courteous, friendly, efficient installers.They showed up at the promised time and completed the job on schedule. Before the job started I was sure I would be out in my yard picking up many items of debris. After the roof was completed I went into my yard and had absolutely nothing to pick up. I congratulate One Time Construction on a job very well done.
