I called them up and I missed there call and I called them back and the lady was very nasty with me and said that she left a voicemail with a phone number on it for me to call. She rudely hung up on me after saying that. I didn't get a anwser to my question at all. Waste of time to call them up.

He responded to my initial inquiry very quickly and gave me a quote very fast. We scheduled the job he was very prompt, very professional and a nice guy on top of it. We are very pleased and will have him do other projects in the future. There was a lot of mildew on the siding and he made the house look fresh and beautiful again.

Chris was very professional and did a wonderful job. He worked diligently. We had some stains on our light-colored bricks that had been there for years because of broken rain gutters, and now they're almost completely gone. I had not expected such success.

Excellent...exceeded expectations! Timely, even when weather necessitated rescheduling! Prompt, NEAT, Very easy to work with! The house is vinyl sided, as is one of the sheds. The other shed is a resin shed. The vinyl siding has been on the house for at least 15 years...with nothing done to it! The vinyl shed is at least 7 years old, the resin shed...almost 3. Everything was "peppered" with tiny black spores from "artillery fungus"...common when wood mulches are nearby, which we used for years before recently switching to using mostly rubber mulches. Those spores are very difficult to remove, especially given how long they've been on the siding. Chris Hall, North Side Power Washing Company's "working owner", uses an environmentally-safe, pet-safe and wild critter-safe cleaner; but the residual from the sodium hypochlorite cleaning solution has the potential to decompose and release minute amounts of chlorine molecules into the soil for a short period of time...NOTHING harmful to established plants, lawns, etc.; but there is the potential to kill beneficial soil micro-organisms in the soil...and we add those regularly. Chris willingly agreed to use the enzymatic cleaner that we've used for many years. He contacted that company's owner for application and use details for power washing, who is also the developer of Zyme-Away. Using our supplied cleaner, Chris worked about 50% longer than he anticipated on our job...a bit more "scrubbing" involved than with his normal cleaning solution. Even so, he held TRUE to his original estimate, which was part of a package deal with Akron Pest Control...a company that we used for several years. That "action" from Chris REALLY impressed us because we offered to ignore the estimate; and pay him equitably for his time spent...but Chris insisted that is not how he does business! The house and sheds, once finished, sparkled in the afternoon sun! The ultra-sticky, artillery fungus spores...and 15+ years of accumulated dirt on the house...GONE!!! The house siding is a moderately dark grey; but our one shed is a light beige vinyl...and the "before" and "after" difference is STRIKING! Please see photos below. Chris also included some "extras" that we were not expecting...pressure washing the decks and facings that the sheds sit on...power-scrubbing the concrete front porch...even reattached a piece of partially dislodged siding...which dislodges periodically due to wind and weather, anyway! Chris and North Side are a shining example of QUALITY workmanship, a QUALITY company...and a man who takes great pride in his work and in his company! We HIGHLY RECOMMEND him...and we will continue to use his services in the future!

The house is absolutely beautiful. The concrete patio and walkways look like new. My vinyl fence looks amazing white again.

Very well. 1. Response to phone, text and e-mail have been extremely timely. 2. Meeting of needs - thorough and accommodating. We have construction vehicles in the drive during the day. Chris has been extremely diligent in working with us and our crews to not have delays in snow removal.

They were absolutely fantastic! I have never seen my yard look that great. They got it all done in record time. I asked if they could do it on a weekly schedule but unfortunately he could not work me in. They are exceptional and very professional.

North Sidr did a great job of keeping my driveway and walkways clear. I’ve never hired anyone before to do snow removal, so I wasn’t sure it would get done as often as I would like. However, I am now wishing I would have done this years ago!

I was contacted right away by the owner, Chris Hall, after I sent an email inquiry about lawn care. Excellent service, the price is very reasonable, friendly and professional, they do a great job and offer other services like power washing and window cleaning also. Would recommend. Very pleased.

They were very responsive to questions and messages, showed up right when they said they would and did an amazing amount of work. I did end up having to pay a balance, since the work required went beyond what the Angie's List coupon covered, but I felt the rates were fair for the amount of work that was done. I am also talking with them about doing some additional work to really finish the job (as this initial visit was really just major cleanup and just phase 1 in my overall plan).

Chris Hall, Working Owner of North Side PWC, came out and walked around the house with us to review the job and to ensure that he was aware of our expectations as to what work was to be done. He gave us a verbal quote “on the spot” and then followed up by email with a written quote as well. His price was reasonable for the work required. His power washing process relies mostly on water only, along with environmentally friendly products and a scrub brush to remove any difficult areas of algae or such. His work included under the eaves, the roof of the porch, the porch floor and even the sidewalk up to the front door. Chris did the work himself and was extremely respectful of being careful around our landscaping that that borders the house. We were very satisfied with the job he did and plan to use his company the next time that we need to have our house power washed. Note that Chris’ company also provides other services such as window cleaning and gutter cleaning. We would also be very comfortable calling him for these services as well.

Went very well. did above and beyond what was required. Cleaned patio table, and front porch just because!! I would highly recommend!!

Owner was amazing. He cleaned out gutters first and then came back to do power washing on a second visit. Each visit he was on time and completed the job in a consistent and professional manner.
