Window treatment was defective but they helped me to replace it without cost.

We have a relationship with the owner even when she was with the prior place and we just continued using her services when he opened his own studio. Primarily she is for designing when we did the sun room but she also handles the contractors. So even though she is not directly involved with the construction but she was instrumental with the whole process of it.

I'm very pleased with her. Eileen has a good eye, listens to what our tastes are, and has great ideas. I''ve been pleased with the quality as well. She's helped a lot even with furniture placement. If you want to meet with her - you do need to schedule that out several weeks in advance - she's really busy. I do find that I have to follow up with them - trying to get status of orders. And prices for some things have seemed higher than I expected. But overall, she's been great. I haven't bought anything I regretted. I'm contining to work with her and I'd definitely recommend her.

I would highly recommend Eileen and her team, over the last 10 months she lead my wife and I through a complete remodel of our entire first floor of our home, (kitchen, bath, entries, dining and living rooms) we could not be happier with he results, She got to know my wife and I, along with our style and desires. Then put in place a design plan with colors, textures and options that made the whole process flow. Without her support and efforts we could not have made our home into the outstanding, yet comfortable family home we dreamed of. Thank you Eileen and team New Creations, you should be very proud! Additionally, she has assisted me in some remodel projects on the commercial side at my business C.TRAC in Strongsville. Her choice of color, options and suppliers were fantastic

Our experience with her is fabulous. She comes in and gave us collection items like tiles and window treatments and paint colors. We actually buy through her a furniture.
