We used Home Depot in Brunswick. I wasn't scheduled to get them until two weeks after they got them. I was happy with the work overall. The workers were good, one of them was a little unexperienced. I think that may have slowed it down a little but they were professional. They had excellent workmanship. I would recommend them but I would also give them like a short list of what to make sure that they discuss with them and dealing with timeliness and communication. They were here in August or September.

They couldn't install the dishwasher because something was not right in my system. I ended up having a plumbing company come out and install it. They will reimburse me for the cost of the deliver.

The installers were polite and efficient. However, one of them didn't show up until late the second day which caused the project to take longer than it should have. I asked them to be careful about my new carpeting, and I think they wiped their shoes but I also think they should have taken their shoes off. They took care moving my stove and refrigerator. The main installer called every morning to let me know when he'd be there. And he arrived on time. It took 3 days and during that time the two installers were very polite and friendly. They tried not to bother me, and they succeeded. The flooring looks great. The main installer even fixed a squeaky board in the floor of the dining room before he installed the vinyl.

I purchased a nice screen door for the entrance to my garage to my house and had it installed by Home Depot Contractor services. I know they hire contractor but I could tell Home Depot requires these guys to behave professionally. After the guy installed the door, he reviewed the operation (like I needed training on opening and closing a door) and had me fill out a customer satisfaction survey. How many contractors do that? He was neat and cleaned up after the job was done. Plus I got 12 months same as cash!

WE WERE SATISFIED. THEY DID A GOOD JOB. THEY WERE PUNCTUAL AND FAIRLY PROMPT. THE INSTALLATION TOOK A LITTLE LONGER THAN THEY SAID IT WOULD, BUT THEY WERE GOOD OVERALL. I WOULD RATHER THEM TAKE A LITTLE LONGER AND GET IT DONE RIGHT THAN FOR THEM TO RUSH AND DO A BAD JOB.
