It took him about a half day to do everything he did. As it ended up, it was over $600 worth. In the meantime, he pulled out all the tulips that were in the yard. The grass didn't grow either. As far as trimming the bushes, he just went over the bushes with an edger. There was no shaping or trimming. It was a terrible, terrible job. Even when I told him not to pull out the tulips, he did and said they were rotting. He wouldn't answer the phone; we've never been able to reach him on the phone again. I would absolutely not use him again.

He was very personable and told us he would be able to do everything we wanted. Everything looked okay after he left the first time and he said he would be back to check on his work later to make sure everything was okay. It turns out that some of the work he did was shoddy and he has not been back to check the work. He will not return our phone calls at this point.
