+ -1 moreWe had cut cable a year ago & had trouble accessing local stations with an HDTV indoor antenna. Eric installed an outdoor antenna & we now have picture perfect viewing. Highly recommend ETCA Services, very affordable and professional.

Description of Work: I had an antenna installed in my attic for my TV's. He responded by calling back promptly and we set up an appointment. The price for the service was very fair and he did an excellent job. He went over both TV"s to make sure they were working right and answered all my questions. He also went to my neighbors to check the antenna he had installed and he corrected a couple things and never even charged him. I would recommend him to my friends and neighbors.

+ 1 moreVery well, and I will hire him to install an antenna so that I can cut cable down to just WiFi. As I said in my statement above, He explained things clearly. I asked a lot of questions and he was patient. He is very professional, prompt and knowledgeable.
Description of Work: I needed Eric to look at my laptop since I could not read attachments. We had not quite resolved that. However, he also talked with me at length about my t.v. and cable. I had several concerns about how much I was paying for cable and wifi. Eric installs antenna's. I was very interested in purchasing one. We also discussed Smart Phones. He gave me a lot of good information and I will hire him again for my antenna. I especially appreciated that he took time to answer my questions since I have only basic knowledge in technology.
