+ -1 moreI arrived at the location a couple minutes early and Paul and his assistant were already on site and getting ready for the inspection. Paul reviewed and showed pictures of everything he and his assistant found on the roof. We walked the outside of the house, Paul explained what he had already found and what we should expect. As we were walking around, Paul's assistant was always working a head to have everything prepared. When we finished the exterior and entered the home things continued smoothly, Paul and his partner worked like a fine tuned machine yet quality and friendliness never stopped. Paul guided us through the house performing tests as his partner would prep rooms. When we were finished Paul told us that the report would be completed and emailed to us that night. Both of these gentleman were great and made the whole experience easy. They are both friendly, helpful and knowledgeable.

Description of Work: I hired them for house inspection and radon testing. When I got to the house I was 5 minutes early and there were already 2 guys there who had done most of the exterior inspection. As I was talking with Paul he had an assistant moving forward with the inspection. This gave me time to ask any questions and have everything he found conveyed to me. After the inspection was complete I received a very detailed report with pictures about everything that was found and also where all my major valves were in the house. It was a very pleasant experience.

+ -1 moreIt went great, better than I could have planned. Paul showed up early and had already begun some preliminary work inspecting the outside of the home. He had a worker with him prepping every room ahead of us and testing most things to point out specifics to Paul to make the inspection so much quicker and smoother. Paul took the time to explain things he was marking off during the inspection and let us know what had to be done to fix it and how high on our list of repairs each should be. He made a very stressful process calm and easy to understand and comprehend. He was such a pleasure to work with and I would gladly use him again and recommend him to anyone who needs a home inspection.

First, Paul was very responsive and it was very easy and quick to schedule the appointment. He was prompt on time on the day of inspection and came with another staff member who inspected electrical while Paul started from outside. He went up on the roof and checked everything very professionally. Description of Work: Basic home inspection. Paul did a great job. He showed up early and was very thorough with all of his assessments. He was also very personable, just a nice guy in general. + -1 moreWe first hired Paul for a pre-purchase home inspection and were very impressed by his thoroughness and professionalism. His inspection turned up significant problems with the foundation, so after obtaining a second opinion from a structural engineer, we canceled the deal. When we found another house less than a month later, we hired Paul again without hesitation, and received a discount for the second inspection. Paul is friendly and extremely knowledgeable, and patiently walked us through everything we needed to know about the home. He is prompt and efficient and we really felt like he had our best interests in mind. He was also extremely careful to stick to the facts and did not offer any opinions that might have influenced our decisions. He produced a comprehensive and very readable report via email within 12 hours of the inspection both times. Would recommend him without hesitation!
Description of Work: Paul Morgan did two pre-purchase home inspections for us. Walked roof, visual inspection of attic, checked all fixtures and appliances, checked doors, windows, walls, and floors. Explained operations, maintenance, and safety very thoroughly. Checked foundation and basement, including moisture levels. Checked electrical system and plumbing. Spent well over 2.5 hours both times. Produced full electronic report in less than 12 hours both times. Gave discount for repeat business.

+ -1 moreThis was a very informative and thorough inspection. Paul arrived on time and spent about 3 hours inspecting everything from top to bottom. He found several minor problems as well as a few structural problems that helped us negotiate our purchase price. He offered advice on how to deal with the problems. At the end, he presented a computerized report on site that was very easy to understand. Paul was a pleasure to work with and I would recommend him to anyone!
