+ -1 moreCharged my 16 year old son $25 just to cut a car key and we provided the blank! After that, had two of the same keys cut by someone else for $1 each. When I called the office to confront them about it, the woman hung up the phone on me. They ought to be ashamed of their behavior and ripping off a kid. There are other options with more integrity. There is a great locksmith in Westlake called High Tech Locksmiths I would recommend. Worth the drive.

Description of Work: Installed file cabinet locking bar and padlock, replaced file cabinet lock and key. Office scheduler was very professional, helpful and answered all my questions. Appointment was scheduled promptly. Technicians were professional, knowledgeable and performed their work efficiently and did not leave any mess. My only concern was with having to pay both a service call fee and a labor fee...this seems like duplication of fees to me but I do not know what the industry standard is. Otherwise, quite satisfied with the work they provided.
