Russ responded to our inquiry within an hour of my initial phone call. The pricing for the dumpsters were as advertised on the website, no hidden fees or costs. Russ was very professional on the phone and in person when he was delivering and picking up the dumpster. Russ protected the driveway before placing the dumpster and didn't leave any mess behind. They were able to meet the delivery and pick up times that I needed. I called about 1.5 to 2 weeks in advance, but it seemed like they would have been able to accommodate my request on shorter notice if required. I would highly recommend their services.

Great! I had the pleasure of meeting Vicki somewhere previously and remembered the mention of their dumpster business from one of our conversations. When my need for a dumpster arose I just contacted her rather then randomly searching the internet or the phone book. I knew nothing about their business but must say I was very pleasantly surprised! I had rented dumpsters before and this experience was not the same, but so much better. The dumpster was clean, had doors on the back for easy access, and was delivered when I was told it would be. I was home receiving another delivery when it arrived. My biggest concern was always the huge trucks and heavy dumpsters and my newer concrete drive so I've always had them set way out by the road to minimize damage. Russ was careful and respectful and I was pleased to see that wood was put between the drive and the dumpster and it was placed gently in it's spot. I received a call the day before the arranged pickup date to make sure I was still ok w/ the date and the dumpster was picked up promptly when it was said that it would be. I have no complaints whatsoever and would use Vicki and Russ again without hesitation! Polite, considerate, timely, clean... It was a great experience with a personal touch and care that you don't get from the larger waste management companies. Thank you!

We worked with Russ on a clean-up of an entire house. He was very courteous and accommodating with our requests. We ended up needing three dumpsters and he was very timely in delivery and removal of each and every one. One of the few companies that responds right away and provides impeccable customer service. Prices are also very reasonable and the sizes of the dumpsters make them perfect for small spaces.

This is the MOST AMAZING COMPANY I have ever worked with. I had never had to rent a dumpster before and the owner of the company helped me with everything I needed to know. They are friendly and willing to help with all your dumpster needs and any time I had to call with a question they were quick to respond even if they were not in the office at the time even on the weekends. I called a few other places for dumpster rental and even though the prices may have been a few dollars less the service did not seem to measure up to what this company and it's owners provided. I would recommend them to anyone and will use them again in the future.

Delivered dumpster as promised, on time, carefully place as not to damage driveway and accessibility of cars. Russ was easy to work with, and adapted as our needs changed. Dumpster was clean, no odor, and rear doors butterfly for easy access.

It went amazing! Could not have gone more smoother. They were on time, wonderful with communication and answered all our questions and were very detailed so I completely understood the service. We were remodeling a home and needed the yard dumpster to handle all of the debris. We especially liked the double door entry instead of throwing debris over the side, or climbing a side ladder. We also appreciated the respect they had for our residence. Added protection was laid on our concrete drive to protect it. The owners were very professional and provide a necessary service at a reasonable price. We Would recommend them highly.
