pressure washing
+ -1 moreIt went relatively well. I did call the company after day one to let them know that a section of the home was not cleaned and they assured me that staff would be out the next day to complete the job which is what happened. The cost for this job was quoted higher than normal because of the different outside structure.
Description of Work: Our 2 story home was sprayed with a cleaner, brushed and powerwashed with hot water to remove old flaked paint and mortar from the outside of the home and prepare the surface for painting. Being that the outside surface of our home is stucco and the roof is clay tile it was necessary for the work crew to be very careful not to damage the roof tile. They made every effort to do a thorough job and clean the debris from fallen mortar and paint flakes. The workers did however on day one miss a section of the home , but did return the next day to complete the job properly.
