They never followed up after the initial visit. Repeated calls produced no resolution.

He cleaned it well. He even worked in the rain. He even cleaned all of my railings and planter boxes.

It took a few phone calls to set up a date. Then on the day scheduled they were supposed to come at 9 and then it got moved to 1-2 pm and then they finally arrived at 4pm. I guess the weather had impacted other customer and they needed to finish the other job. They did a good job on the power washing.

We hired Alex initially for pressure washing our house. We were very happy, not only with the results of the work, but maybe even more so, the communication we received from them. Being spring, we were dealing with rainy days delaying the work; but Amanda was in constant communication with us providing us updates on scheduling, work to be performed, etc. We were so pleased with the pressure washing, we hired Alex to clean our roof and we are thrilled with the results. It's difficult to find hard working people with honesty and integrity, people who do a good job for the sake of doing a good job. But that's what we got with Alex's Pro Painting. We will definitely hire Alex's again.

I called to set up an appointment. I talked to his wife twice and never heard anything back. Scheduling was never made and I never got an appointment. I asked for a refund through Angie's List because I don't want to do business with a company that's taking on too much.

Alex did a great job and was very nice, so much better than the last guy we had do it a few years ago. He was here for quite some time and was in no hurry. Definitely would hire him again.

I contacted October 13, 2016 to see why I had not heard from them as my credit card had been charged for the work. Office person said they did not receive a notification from Angie. Set up an appointment date of October 20 for an estimate. Arrived on time but he could do the repair but wasn't sure when he would get it done due to some back surgery. Called on February 8 for refund as it was obvious they were not going to do the work. Office person said she called and left a message in December. She could not remember what the estimate was but would check her files and get back to me. No response back. Want refund of my money.

I had a good experience with them. They were on time and they did the job. They cleaned up. There wasn't a problem. Everything was positive. Everything was fine. They did a good job. The pricing was right. I will use them again. They were here when they said they were coming. There was only one worker. He was very nice to talk to. He was very professional.

Very well actually, thank you. Every time I called them they were always prompt with calling me back, so they always return my phone calls and they were always professional but it seem like there was a lot of back and forth that I had to initiate on my end. There were a lot of rescheduling that needed to be done for whether related items and things like that, so if someone wondering particularly about when they would come out and when they say they would come out and when they actually did come out.

Great--I purchased the deal on Angie's List, and scheduled with Amanda shortly after. I found the company's communication to be strong (including a courtesy call to let me know they were running a touch behind on the morning of my appointment). The job was well done, the house looks great, and the washer who came to service my house did a great job of working around my garden and my chickens and of cleaning up after himself.

This is one of the best people that I have worked with. He is very professional, on time, clean and friendly. I have nothing but praise.

The job was rescheduled a few times, and it seemed that I was the one who would initiate the call to get an update on rescheduling, but I always got a call back promptly, and the representative on the phone was always professional and courteous.

I was not pleased at all. I complained to the company, she said she would talk to the person who did the job. After a few days she returned call and stated that because the house hasn't been power washed before, there was stains remaining. The company did not send anyone out to review my complaint. However, they offered me a $25.00 discount to sign up for annual powerwashings that would eliminate this problem. I expected to have a clean home from the washing, not to have to wait a year for another annual cleaning at a discount of $25.00 off the cost. A few weeks later, I had another person contracted to replace some of the skirting on my modular home. He is also a resident in this park for many years and stated that the powerwashing that I had done was poorly washed. He pointed out the dirt still on the gutters. I would not recommend this company.
