Alex's Pro Painting Service

It went well. They called me a few weeks ago when I purchased my service through Angie's List to see when I wanted to schedule. I gave them various dates as to when I would be available. They then called me on the day that they were able to come to my home. I was able to make sure to be home and they arrived on time. The owner, Alex came and introduced himself to me and explained the process. He measured my home and I had to pay an additional amount as I didn't really know the exact square footage of my home. The man who actually did the power washing was very detailed. He took his time and even when up on my roof to make sure to get the second story cleaned. They offered to come back and attach cages to my bathroom exhaust vents, as there are birds that nest in there and cause a lot of mess. I was very impressed with the services provided. Now if I can get my Coupon Cactus approved for this transaction I will be even happier. I guess there's a dispute as to where it will be approved between Angie's List and Coupon Cacus. I have to say, the cashback % is the only reason I joined Angie's List. I will be very disappointed if my transaction isn't approved. And I will NOT rejoin next year. I was very pleased with the effort, attention to detail and the personal concern over my house. They treated my house like they would treat their own house which is very unique in the service industry. They did an excellent job on everything that they did.

Happy with the service. A pleasure to do business with. I also plan on having them paint trim and additional work to our home. The follow up with email and invoice was quick and reasonable for the additional service requested.

This was a Big Deal offer. Set up initial service date, they called later and rescheduled for a later date. Called on day of service and said they would arrive later than planned. Showed up hour late. Pressure washed house quickly, missed seval areas. They always professional and courteous. _

It was very good. The "Big Deal" only covers so many square feet so I had to pay extra for that and the windows, they were not included.

Alex provided excellent service. Scheduling was convenient. We purchased the cleaning with an Angie's List Big Deal. The siding amount was slightly larger than the Big Deal maximum. Alex measured the house subtracting for windows and doors and was very fair for the overage. He and his associate spent about four hours cleaning the siding. The color has been renewed and looks great! This was my second experience with Alex. We will definitely consider him for our future painting/staining projects. He and his associate were professional and hard workers.

It went well. My windows have never been cleaner. There are no streaks or waters spots whatsoever. I would recommend Alex's Pro Painting to wash to anyone.

The estimate was 167.00 and I was very pleased with the cost and the quality of the job. I was in a hurry to get the job scheduled and they were able to meet my schedule. The cost of the job was significantly lower they the other estimates I received. They arrived on time, explained what they were going to do and worked hard. They cleaned up when they were finished. The quality was much better then I expected since I had a new roof installed and the house was filthy. I am pleased to have them do additional work in the near future.

The company sent two men over expecting to do one thing and ending up doing another. This was strictly due to my error. Despite that, the company was able to go with the flow and do something today they weren't expecting to. They moved all the furniture, did a great job cleaning the deck, and put the furniture back in place. The man I talked with, Tony, was a total pro. I made it a point to tell him if we had them back for additional work I would request he be part of the team. The ONLY reason I declined rating them on price for this is because I have absolutely no frame of reference. My totally uneducated guess is they aren't the most or least expensive. Not helpful, I know. However, price should never be the sole factor picking a service, in my opinion. If quality and professionalism counts in your book, I would be very comfortable calling Alex's.

Taking into consideration the weather (hot&humid) the work went very well. I'd guess the total job took about 5hrs..As one man worked the other would explain certain problems, and the cause that applied to my vinyl siding and what methods they would use to clean it. They showed a great knowledge of the job and the best product to use. Over the years I've found that a lot of the highly advertised big name companies don't always provide good quality work. Alex and his father are a family owned and operated company that take a personal pride in every aspect of the job,and are willing to go out of their way to make the customer glad they called ALEX'S PRO PAINTING SERVICE. What more can I say? My house looks nice and clean,and I am strongly considering having them paint my home next year.

They were terrific. They were very thorough even thought they were delayed because they were working on another house. They made sure they made gave the amount of time necessary to do our house. We were very pleased. They pointed out a couple of things that we should check into in terms of a better issue and things of that nature so that was helpful. Even though they were delayed by doing another job, they kept calling us and updating us as to the time. It worked out well.

The owner himself came with a coworker. They did an excellent job. They even did the whole 2 car garage even though it is detached. Alex was very informative and helpful. I will use them again.

No problems, they power washed the house and then the deck. They came back the next day to finish the deck.

Everything went very well. The house was power washed, awnings and shutters were removed to take to their shop to be painted. Alex and his team ran into a little unexpected difficulty with removing the large awning in the front, so they decided to paint it while it was on the house. All in all, Alex and his team, including his office personell were very professional and courteous and always informed us of their progress.

My one frustration was that he wouldn’t call me if he wasn’t coming. He would sometimes show up later than he said he would be, which disappointed me. That said, the quality of his work was very good. The workers he had were good as well. He did explain that he couldn’t have painted earlier due to the humidity and moisture, but he could have called me and told me that from the start. I would still recommend him and use him again. Anything I asked of them, they did, so I overlooked that one disappointment, and I was happy with the experience.

I bought this pressure washing service via an Angie's Deal. The company evidently sold a number of these because when I called to schedule, dates available were 3+ weeks in the future. I was disappointed but understood. I was advised that weather would play a role in whether my scheduled date would still work or not (makes sense). The day before my scheduled date, about 4pm I called them to confirm. At that point they were experiencing weather delays but were working crazy hours to catch up. I was re-scheduled for 6 days after my original date. Person doing the work did not call in advance of arrival but did arrive about 15 mins ahead of the 2pm time. He was pleasant, introduced himself, etc. I explained that I had to leave at 4:45 for a doctor's appointment so if he was not done by then, we may have to jockey vehicles so I could leave. He spent the most time on the north-facing side, which had some greenish-moldy stuff (that side now looks good). He was about 2/3 done when I had to leave. I said goodbye, he shook my hand. When I returned to my home it was dusk but it looked pretty good (it was not filthy to begin with). The next day I looked a bit closer in the daylight and I noticed that he failed to complete one wall. I also noticed that the generator(?) he used left 3 burned/dead spots of grass on the lawn. I have a great lawn (winner of 4 Keep Akron Beautiful awards in the last 12 years) so this was disappointing. However, I also have a LOTt of flowerbeds and even 5 days later, I am not seeing anything in the beds that was damaged. Please note that I chose not to contact the company to finish the work as the portion that was not done is pretty accessible to me using a 6-foot ladder and I did not want to delay finishing. Post-script: Ashley called me after I posted this review and profusely apologized for burning my grass. She indicated that the device was days-new and they were finding this to be an issue and were going to take corrective action to ensure it did not happen again. I've provided feedback on Angie's List about 12 times and this was the first time I'd ever had a provider respond here so I appreciated that.

They did excellent work and were extremely thorough. We did have to reschedule initially due to weather and the secretary was great about notifying us in plenty of time and rescheduling at a conveinent time for us. They arrived at our home at 11:30 in the morning and stayed until 5 to make sure every spot was covered. I would highly recommend them!

They were on time , very professional and did an excellent job.

Alex and his wife Amanda own this wonderful company. Amanda does all of the leg work in setting things up (as in where, when, what time, etc....) and Alex and his employees come out and do the work. Amanda was consistant with communicating with me and keeping me in the loop, afterall, the weather (wind, rain and cold) plays a major part when setting things up so that they can perform their duties properly. I must say that I was highly impressed!! They were able to work me in quickly and then performed the work to the 'highest' of my personal expectations. Alex & his wife Amanda were a pleasure to work with and I would highly recommend their company to anyone who would listen. My home is as clean as a whistle. All stains, mildew and dirt are gone! This company also does painting, among other things. Give Amanda & Alex a call.....I'm confident that they will do their best to take care of you like they took care of me.

We purchased the pressure washing service through an offer posted on Angie's List. Alex's Pro Painting contacted us the very next day to schedule the work. They were very attentive to the weather, maintaining communication with us, and did a great job of pressure washing the house.

It went great i had them come when i was at work and when i got home they were just finishing up.

I would highly recommend Alex's Pro Painting Service. The personable customer service that I received was over the top. Not many companies these days take the time to really get to know the customer and what they are looking for. I felt very comfortable having the company in my home. I have actually scheduled another appointment with Alex's Pro Painting Service to paint my deck when the weather breaks. I called Alex's Pro Painting on a Saturday he came that same day to provide me with a detailed estimate. His secretary then called and set up a time for him and his crew to come out and pressure wash our home. They were very through answered any questions I had before I even had to ask. They were there at 9:00am on the dot like they said and completed work in a timely manner. They didn't miss a spot! My house looks brand new again!

The workers Jim and Tony came on time performed work in a timely fashion and were very respectful. They moved and replaced objects that were close to the house so they did not get damaged and put them back when they finished.
