We had purchased a big deal for the service, and it worked out just fine. They kept me informed of what their plan was, and when they were going to be there. I paid an additional amount as I had a lot more work done.

What a GREAT job! This was an extremely tedious and time consuming job. Our family room is approx. 14x17ft. with 14 windows, 2 skylights, and three doors. They masked everything off, covered the floor and furniture that was left in room. They were exceptionally conscientious and professional. They even vacuumed and helped move some furniture back when the work was completed. The repair work looks amazing, you'd never know there were issues. We are exceptionally pleased with Alex's work and work ethics. We've even asked for quotes for other rooms. We've always done our own painting but physical limitations prevented us from doing this major project. Alex's Pro Painting Service was our first experience with this type of service. We would highly recommend them, they were absolutely wonderful. Thanks Alex.

They sanded down the walls and repaired one hole. Paited the living room and hallway. Also painted my dinner room ceiling. Double coat paint on the living room and hallway. Looks perfect. Very professional. Very very happy. Very courteous.

Alex and his helper arrived promptly on Nov. 12 and carefully moved all the stuff in the basement to the other room so that they could clean the walls and floors before painting. The job took two days and was finished beautifully. They will come back to finish the other room as soon as the first room is dry. I highly recommend them.

Power washed my house and deck. The company showed up when expected and completed the job in one day. They did a good job but left the windows rather streaked. All in all, I was satisfied.

The reason I signed up for this service was because of the special $149.00 price for a 2000 square foot home. My home is 2574 square foot so I expected to pay a little over 30% more or possiblyanother $50.00. When I was contacted about setting up my appointment I told them that my house was just under 2,600 square foot. They cancelled the first appointment because they said they were too busy because the weather had been bad. On October 17, 2013 they did my home. I was not there, but my wife was. I had told my wife that we were going to have to pay more because of the 574 square foot overage. When I came home and saw the bill, I found I was being charged for 3,574 square foot and the overage cost was $336.05, not $50 as I had expected. When I contacted Alex's Pro Painting I was told that there service is based on exterior measurements. This would have been nice to know when I setup the appointment. I would have cancelled my appointment and probably power washed my own home. Just a note, they blamed Angies list for not being clearer on how I would be charged. I hope this helps other Angies's list members and in the future be very careful who you do business with.

Did not start on the appointed date because of over-run on previous job. Came out on a Saturday which turned out to be rainy and too difficult to see. Came out again one evening the next week (different employee) but not enough daylight to complete the job. Came out the day after and spent nearly six hours washing and rewashing the firsts days work to complete a more than satisfactory outcome. Can't see how they made any money besides pay the employees. Everyone was extremely conscientious, in particular Josh, who completed the job, and Amanda in the command center who stayed in constant communication and directed the operation. Want a job done, call Amanda; want a pressure wash done right, get Josh.

It went quite well. Very friendly and professional. Very responsive to questions. I would use them again, and in fact, used them for ceiling texture in a bathroom a couple of week later. Very satisfied.

Even with all the rain this past summer, Alex and his crew assured us that they would complete the job and that our house would be beautiful when it was finished. They were right. It is an outstanding painting of our home and we appreciate their dedication and hard work. We would like to mention that they all were polite, respectful, diligent, efficient, and demonstrated integrity each day. They helpfully pointed out, and even repaired some, conditions that needed repairing. We are very pleased with Alex and his crew and we highly recommend them.

Responded promptly to call for service and scheduled within 1 week. Showed up on time and completed the job to our satisfaction. Asked for and answered our questions regarding the work to be done. No mess left. Polite and courteous.

The weather this summer really worked against any exterior painting projects. Finally dried up enough for our house to be painted, two months after originally scheduled. Overall a good experience with Alex and his crew. Very polite and professional. The only suggestion I have is better communication about supplies needed. Crew arrived on a Sunday morning to prep (caulk, etc) and to our surprise we had to make a run to Home Depot to get the caulk, tape, etc. Also, we had to purchase an entire case of builder's grade caulk and didn't use half of it. Can't return the partial case, so now I'm stuck with it. Consider supplying your own caulk so that partial cases get used. Paint job looks great -- very thorough.

Did not need to be home for the appointment so that was good! They came out during the day and pressured washed entire house. They left a paper identifying some areas on my vinyl that needed repair including a front porch support post where the wood had started to rot at the base. I never really noticed it before so it was good to know. They also offered their services for cleaning my deck in the future. All-in-all it was a really nice job for a great price. I have a pressure washer at home but found the price to good to pass up for me to spend an entire day cleaning my house myself. Very happy with outcome and will consider again next year if needed!

Alex and Josh (?) arrived on time to estimate a wallpaper removal job and to perform the siding and window washing. Josh (?) did an excellent job alone on the siding and hand washing and drying all the windows. He even power washed the glass walls on my patio enclosure and offered to spray some wasps that had nested behind a few of my shutters. I had removed all the screens before they came. The cleaners he used on the siding and windows were high quality commercial contractor grade (Sherman Williams I think), and did a much better job than I could have done. Only one very stubborn bird stain could not be completely removed. Alex came primarily to provide estimate the scope of work involved in wallpaper removal. Alex was very thorough in explaining what process he would propose and what options I would have during the job, if we decided to go ahead. He left after the estimate and returned later. Josh (?) worked methodically outside on the siding and windows for nearly three hours. He was polite and careful around all out plantings and flowers.

The whole process was very good. the process included siding, gutters and windows. will use again in the future.

He painted my kitchen, He was very professional. He made sure he didnt get paint on any of the floor or cupboards.

Not only Alex washed the house, he also pointed out the loose siding etc. So ended up Hiring him to paint shutters and fix all the loose sidings.

They were great to work with. However, their pricing for gutter cleaning and window washing/screens is higher than I've paid in the past. Also, they did not put the screens in the windows and I'm used to that service included in the price
