Never realized how dirty the house was until it was cleaned! Awesome job!

The provider contacted me and let me know that they do not service the Columbus area of Ohio so I would be outside their service area. I have contacted Angie's List in order to get a refund of the Big Deal purchase.

Decent job. I have cleaned deck better myself but generally OK.

Estimate went fine, but some medical problems came up and I need the money for that.

They did an excellent job. Spray washed our whole house and in a separate project painted our eaves.

THE COMPANY NOTIFIED US WITH IN 24 HRS WHEN THEY WILL BE HERE WHEN I CONTRACTED THE SE4RVICE WHICH WAS VERY GOOD. THEY ALSO CONTACTED US IN ADVANCE OF WHEN THE TECH WOULD BE HERE. THEY THEN CONTACTED US EARLIER THEN EXPECTED AND THE TECH SAID HE WOULD BE HERE THE DAY BEFORE WE EXPECTED WHICH HELPED US IN MANY WAYS. I WANT TO THANK AMANDA AND JOSH FOR EVERYTHING THEY DID. AND THE WORK WAS PERFECT, AND OUR HOUSE LOOKS VERY NICE.

First of all the lady that answers the phone is so nice, friendly and customer oriented. She even called while he was here to see if he got here ok. He arrived promptly, was very friendly, polite, professional. He jumped right in and worked like crazy. It was a terribly hot, humid day. We have a ranch with white vinyl siding that had never been washed. It came out great. I will defiantly us him again!

On the day of the job, Alex's Pro Painting Service called to tell us they were nearby, and asked my husband to remove the screens in the windows before they arrived. My husband wasn't able to get that done before they arrived, and we were charged a dollar per screen that was not removed. That ended up being about twenty extra dollars. They did a decent job with the painting, but I was a little upset that they did not clean the insides of the windows or the runners as promised. The price was excellent and I would certainly use them again.

We called because there was a special going. We knew our house was slightly larger than the special, perhaps my mistake but the 2000 sf was for the siding not the footage of the house. Anyway we received a quote and thought it was high but exceptable. The service was prompt, they had other jobs that were delayed because of rain in the area, so they could do our house. The man who came worked hard and tirelessly which we admired. However we were disappointed with the results. The house we recently purchased had not been washed for 8 years. We thought it would be good to have it done professionally because they would do a better job than we could. Sorry to say after he left we found that we had to redo it using the same product we always used, which cleaned it to even a shine on the gutters, not even using a power washer. We also noticed that there were exhaust burns on our grass and a shrub. We are not fanatical about our lawn, it will eventually come back, and over time the shrub will also turn green but I guess it is just the point of the money spent for the less than hoped for results. Needless to say we would not use them again or recommend them.

There were additional fees due to the size of my house which he informed me of ahead of time. He was great! He did exactly what we wanted.

They were fine. I was a little disappointed they didn’t put things back in place or do the sashes. They were courteous, and the work was fine.

Great work. Arrived on time, quality work, quick and efficient.

It was wonderful and we had no problems. They were really good. They sent 2 people out to do the job. The scheduling was very easy.

Angie's List computer's were down so I went to their web site and called. No answer, I left a detailed message regarding their expiring coupon and the computer problem. No response, so after a week I called back to get a reply from the secretary (wife), "oh, I thought that I called you back". I was given an "estimate date" that was not conducive, so the "wife" told me that she would contact me next week to reschedule. Another week, no call so. I call back and we establish an estimate date. Her husband came out and started complaining how ANGIE'S have different REPRESENTATIVE'S AND THAT HE SIGNED OFF ON THE DEAL BY MISTAKE AND THAT HE WAS LOSING MONEY ON THE DEAL. He spent an insurmountable amount of time blaming Angie's list for his woe's. He told me that his wife (secretary) would be contacting me in the next few days to schedule a work appointment. THAT WAS TWO WEEKS AGO. I guess a handshake and a man's word means nothing these days. Alex's Pro Painting is owned and operated by an inexperienced, unreliable couple who DEALS IN BAD FAITH. I would not have them come out if they offered to do the windows for free. I'm an avid Angie's List user and I place them in the PENALTY BOX..... If they have any questions, they have my number (or should have..I've left it enough) regarding my review. As of the publishing of this report my phone rang from Alex's Pro Painting...but no message left...WHY CALL... Typical response to placate for your lack of professionalism...public don't let the "smoozzing" fool you. For not calling me on the initial call, the follow up call, the scheduling/estimate call or the scheduling of the work...t hat makes four (4) non-returned calls.

The service worked out fine. He did the pressuring washing of my home while I wasn’t there. Scheduling was good, he called me a day after I purchased the deal and we scheduled with no issues. We talked about the black mold on some of the wood that would involved and he explained what he could or could not do.

Workers were very professional. Performed estimate and returned to complete work. House looks great. Would use again.

They worked with me on the date of the appointment and showed up on time. I paid for up to 20 windows on my ranch home which has 11 window not counting the sun porch. The 8 windows on the sun porch have 3 panels per window. They counted each panel as a window which no other company has ever done (I have the windows cleaned each year as a Mother's Day present). This put me over the 20, they offered to do them for an extra $145 and when I said no they dropped the price to $100 which I did not take them up on either. This made me mad not only were they petty about the sun porch windows then they played this pricing game. When they left they did not check with me or tell me they were finished. If they had I would have pointed out the screen that still needed to be put back in a window.

They did a great job - now I know how dirty my windows were because they sparkle now! Very quick but thorough.

Where do I begin? It's easy to see why Alex's has had so many POH nominations! It's great to see a young professional and his partner, Amanda, be just that..professional. Amanda kept in constant contact me about when and what to expect. I agreed to reschedule since the floods pushed back most of their appointments. I knew they were working above and beyond to get caught up. So much so, Alex came to my house on holiday, (was perfectly fine with me). In a day where customer service seems not to be a priorty Alex and Amanda strive to be on the top of their field. I look forward to doing future business with them. If you have any doubts about them, let them go and hire them!

Arrived on time and completed job in 1 1/2 hours.

It was a wondeful experience working with Alex's Pro Painting. They were always prompt and responded quickly when I purchased their Big Deal. When there were some weather issues preventing them from completing my job, they were sure to contact me and let me know why there was the delay and when I could expect them. Overall a pleasure to do business with.
