They didn't give me a call back after I tried 3-4 times. I didn't feel good about their communication and responsiveness so I canceled the deal.

For their part they were professional and easy to work with. Unfortunately I was naive in thinking when my windows were washed that meant the whole window and not just the glass. Learned a lesson there but the windows were pretty clean when they were done. I have some windows which have a storm window pane and they took those out and cleaned them too. Overall I was pleased with their work.

Everything went very well. The painters were very professional and I couldn't be happier with the end results.

Had a few missed starts due to equipment problems and weather. Both pretty much out of the hands of the contractor. They did do a good job and were helpful in getting caulking and some other minor problems fixed on the siding.

It went well. Amanda was easy to work with over the phone. I had some specific requests that I needed the guys to follow and they did. Siding looks much cleaner and I am pleased with the results.

It went well but not perfect. For the money we paid we were satisfied but if you want perfection then you need somebody else or pehaps pay the full amount.

Fantastic. There were delays due to weather conditions, but the we always received a call to let us know the situation. The communication and responsiveness was incredible! Such service rarely exists in today's world.

Great work. The north side of the house had some type of green growth, (algae?) * they removed it completely. Followed up with a phone call to check on my satisfaction with the work. One problem area behind a downspout they came back & went over again. They also pressure washed my deck. Great job on it also.

It went well. I inspected the work and found a couple of spots that were missed, but he took care of them right away.

My 'A' rated experience began with the 1st phone call to make my initial appointment. Amanda was professional & kind & bent over backward to work within my schedule. I lost count of how many times I had to reschedule due to family emergency and other unexpected interferences. She was always pleasant and understanding of my circumstances. When Alex & Jason arrived they were prompt and courteous. Alex aims to please and was kind and patient with me since I tend to be a perfectionist. Whenever I called his attention to a questionable spot left on a window he immediately checked it out and in most cases it was something permanent on the window, not something he overlooked. A company's attitude toward customer service is very important to me. Alex's Pro Painting exceeded my expectation.

Very bad storm the night before. Received a phone call early to say arrival time would be delayed, but crew showed up almost on time. Very courteous, and pleasant. Only a minimal extra charge for skylights. Had only outside windows cleaned. Crew finished job quickly. We did not check windows until later and found several had streaks and missed areas. I am certain that had we pointed out before they left, they would have corrected, as they seemed conscientious. We would use again but will check windows prior to crew departure.

Alex showed up ready to go, although he was substantially late. He initially went to the wrong address and then found unforeseen traffic issues. I can't hold him, or the company, completely at fault, but it has contributed to our rating. Other issues are with the house now. My wife remarked that she could not initially really tell a difference in the pre-washed house and the finished product. Having another contractor (none cleaning service) replace pieces of broken siding, he remarked we should have the house cleaned because of "oxidation" present. I proceeded to tell him that we just had it cleaned, and then he was baffled. So, I'm not sure if oxidation deposits can rebuild quickly, or if the job just was not performed well the first time. Alex himself was great and very apologetic of the snafu in going to the wrong address and being late. He was a very nice individual. Unfortunately, I did not have a chance to see him before he left the job site because I had to return to work.

They did a good job, on time and friendly. It was fine and presentable. I would use them again in the future.

I thought they would be able to do more in 8 hours. They wanted to charge more for the extra rooms. please email once the refund has occurred. Thank you!

Amanda, the coordinator was terrific! She always returned my calls, kept me informed and courteous whenever we communicated. The worker arrived on time and did a very good job on the washing. The only thing less than satisfactory was that he left a lot of debris, from the house, on our deck. He could have rinsed it off. Other than that I would give them an A+. I will definitely use them again.

Job was done very professionally, I met Alex in the AM, went to work, came home and the job was done. I did a thorough inspection - he did a great job.

They did a great job cleaning, They were prompt and efficient.

It was fine! They did a really good job on the pressure washing and we were happy with it. The quality of the work was good and I would recommend them!

They were supposed to show up on a Monday. They called that day to say they were not showing up without reason. We had three other contractors lined up to do work after them. The service was a disaster. We had to reschedule all of the providers due to this. They did a nice job but I would never use them again.

The service was fine. After the technician pressure washed the house he took me around and showed me what they did which I liked. What I didn't know when purchasing the deal was that they go by square footage of the house so I had to pay an additional fee.

Unfortunately, they didn't complete the work as specified in the deal. Specifically, they only cleaned the windows, and they didn't clean the sills and screens which were filthy.

Alex did an amazing job power washing our home. He really spent time on this cleaning job and put extra effort into removing dried eggs from the siding.(we had been vandalized) He was also personable and professional and we will definetly call him again for work on our house. He did an excellent job and we were very satisfied with his work.

It was phenomenal. They took their time to make sure everything was perfect. They were on a time constraint with the weather but they didn't rush.

The job was rescheduled from the fall to the spring due to cold weather. In April they performed the service while I was at work (without my permission) so I did not get witness any of the work, but it seems they did clean the gutters.
