Description of Work: Alex came to the house to power wash the siding and he said the siding was too old for them to safely perform the chore. Offered to paint the siding instead but it is something I cannot afford at this time.

He explained to me exactly what he intended to do, and communicated as the job progressed. When I asked for an estimate for painting, he did a comprehensive estimate and explained each step involved in the process. He even gave me a few tips for painting my deck!
