ABC Insulation

It was great! They came right on time and performed a comprehensive energy inspection of my home using a thermographic camera. If they found any areas that could were problematic or could be improved it was discussed in detail. Very helpful and reassuring service.

We purchased the deal, selected dates, and were never contacted, not sure if it even went through.

He provided a basic inspection. Showed me cold spots in all of the walls and explained that there were no baffles in the attic to stop the air from blowing the insulation away from the edges. He never mentioned anything about ventilation, but he recommended better insulation and gave me a price. No high pressure sales; just provided his recommendation.

After reviewing the places where the previous company had missed, rather than trying to sell me his own service, he offered to email the thermal pics to me so I could follow-up with the other company. However, I was so pleased with Steve's honesty and professionalism, I asked him if he would complete the work the other company had missed. He agreed to do so and scheduled an appointment for the following week. This is the second time I've used his service (first was on a previous home) and he does an excellent job. After finishing the job, he even gave us a break on the quoted price, which was really a pleasant surprise.

I would recommend them in a heartbeat. I actually may hire them to come back out and repair previous insulation work done by Terminix just to get the job done right since I am tired of dealing with them. Steve and his nephews (it's a family business) are professional and incredibly nice. They got the job done within days of the original inspection which was extremely helpful for finding poorly insulated areas in the roof. I can't recommend them highly enough.

He showed me the images of the rooms where the heat was escaping on the floor and in the walls. He showed me how he would improve insulation in my home.

As it turns out, you purchase $49 in order to get $200 off the service, The service was quoted at $1,800! Which was about $1,200 more than I expected. So I lost the $49. Live and learn...

We went with the company called ABC Insulation. We were really pleased with their work. They did a great job. I've gotten a number of different quotes and this particular company seem to be the most knowledgeable about the insulation. They provided the most services and their quote was actually the cheapest quote too. I had probably gone with them because they are more knowledgeable than the other people I had out. It was just a win-win on that. It went really well. The gentlemen came in, a total of three of them. They were very polite, very clean and they were in and out in a day. They left no mess behind them. I'm very happy with all that. I've gotten a couple of estimates, they were all higher and less work. They were excellent across the board, on every count. They were very responsive, price and work was excellent. I will definitely use them again.

ABC Insulation insulated my whole house. Installed fiber cellulose and batting in attic, downslopes, knee walls, basement, crawl space, garage ceiling and kitchen ceiling and closets. Owner even crawled into crevices in attic eaves to make sure it was properly done. They plastered holes neatly and cleaned up afterwards. Did the whole house in a day. It was very warm and you could feel the house was cooler after they finished. They tried not to have hoses running throughout the house and pulled them in thru windows. Mr Spaeth the owner is very polite and professional. I would recommend. I got 3 quotes and his was definitely very reasonable. After energy rebate on taxes and with utility co, it is very worthwhile to do. I would highly recommend.

ABC is very professional, punctual and the price was very reasonable compared to other quotes. We would definitely use them again.

are The Tech arrived and went through the house with his fancy machine- based on the signatures he could tell what kind of insulation there was in the walls, where the studs were, where any leaks were. We had wondered if we had adequate insulation in some areas, but we didn't really know. Turns out we are in good shape. The Tech knew what he was talking about, was quick and efficient, and didn't try to sell me unnecessary upgrades. It went well.

Went well, checked it out and recommended a little additional insulation but said we were basically OK with what we had. Didn't push any services and was very polite and cordial.

Very nice, no pressure to get more insulation.

Everything went nice and smooth. We are having them insulate our attic in the next few weeks.

The deal was very misleading. They wouldn’t just come and do the $200 worth of insulation. They gave me an estimate for $2800. I asked them to breakdown the services so I could choose what to do, but I didn’t hear back from them. They were nice and I would consider using them in the future.
