Description of Work: They insulated my home. It went quite well for the most part on the day they did the work. However, several months afterward, a few of the small round pieces that covered the holes in exterior of the home popped out but they have since been put back in place.

Description of Work: The company did a thermal analysis of our attic. He recommended improvements to be made, and provided detailed information on types of insulations and ratings. He was very polite and answered all questions. Unfortunately, we did not have his company do the install.

Description of Work: Installed fiber cellulose in attic ceiling 10.5" deep for a R-40. | |To me they went above and beyond.They removed all the old bad fiberglass insulation under the floor boards in my storage area. Then blew in the new to get a higher R value. They also did a excellent clean up job.

Description of Work: It was for a attic inspection and check insulation, i was thinking it was going to be a yea you need insulation, but it was far from that. He came to my house and we walked around the whole house with an inferred scanner and showed me the spots that could use the attention. At the end of the inspection he told me there was a minimum charge and he thought I did not have enough to do to justify that charge. I was completely surprised he did not try to sell me something. I will definitely contact them in the future for any service they can do me.

Description of Work: They inspected our home for adequate insulation using an infrared camera. The house showed no major problems with heat loss.The only thing he did find was that the acess panel to the attic was not insulated as well as it should have been. He fixed the problem using some left over insulation he had in his truck and did not charge me anything.I would use this company in the future should the need arise.
