It went magnificently. They are an extremely knowledgeable and skilled unit. They work together beautifully. We found the cost to be fair and reasonable. We have nothing but the highest praise for them. It was a great experience.

They did a beautiful job. The price was right. They came in smoothly and left the same way.

It went very well. The attic has worked out fine but the sides have not worked out so well. The sides were a different grade of insulation which has caused some problems in the house. The attic insulation is very thick but the side insulation was not as thick which has caused a bit of a mess. I felt they should have been honest with me about the consequences of that type of insulation because I would have gone with something better. Now, I have to vacuum or dust everyday.

Their service was good. They saw some things and put insulation in areas they felt needed it. They also fixed a hole in the kitchen. They did a good job in making sure there were no leaks.

Steve gave us our first estimate. We liked his forthrightness and honesty and we liked that he and his nephews did the work themselves. They moved things in the attic as needed, cleaned up, and moved them back. They offered to help us take some boxes back up to the attic that we had taken down. They also did some insulation for a downstairs closet that backs into the garage. Steve returned to fix our ceiling fan ventilation pipe and did not charge us. He and his nephews were considerate of our carpeting (removed their shoes) and were gracious at all times.

Awesome! Steve and his crew were great! They were courteous, professional, kind and did a pretty good job cleaning up after themselves. A job like this usually requires a bit of cleaning afterwards and so I had more to do when they left, but they did clean as they went. I'm really glad I had the insulation done. I've noticed a difference in the way the house feels, it seems like the furnace isn't running as often and it's definately more quiet. Money well spent.

I called Steve (the owner) who was highly recommended. He is a very honest man and he and his guys (mostly family) did an excellent job. They showed up exactly when he said they would and worked straight through to the time he said it would take. They cleaned up well and were very professional. I would HIGHLY recommend A.B.C. Insulation without any hesitation. We were told the first thing we would notice would be how quiet the noise from the outside would be and they are right. We immediately turned down the heat as it felt warmer instantly. Money very well spent.

It was very good. They were very timely and the work was very professional. They were very nice and the owner was on site. They cleaned up after themselves and seemed to do a thorough job. I was very pleased with them.

Excellent job, very professional crew. When quoting the job, Steve explained all about the type of insulation and exactly how the job would be performed. They showed up on time and completed the job in 1.5 days, an amazing feat considering the size of the house (4000 sq ft.) + the carriage house (1300 sq. ft.). The holes they drilled are about the size of a half dollar and they patched them up very smoothly. They were able to control the dust very well. In the instances where they had to blow in from the outside, they went the extra mile and removed the shingles before drilling and replaced when finished. You can't even tell they were there! Would definitely reccommend this company!

Steve Spaeth struck me as a very honest man. He was very thorough and took the time to insulate from the inside if he couldn't reach from the outside. He did a great job and his prices were good as well. He repaired portions as he went, and the price was about $800 less than other estimates. However, the entire inside of my home was covered in insulation dust. I was not aware that it would cover my furniture, and would have appreciated a warning or appreciated having him cover the furniture before the work began. Although he did a good job on the insulation, and I am already saving money on my heating bills, I would have been happier if he had taken precautions against the dust. I would consider using him again, but would warn anyone using him in the future to cover everything completely.

I was a little nervous when they showed up because there were six guys in the truck, but they were great and they did a great job. They even found some other problem spots that they were able to point out and they added it on for a very minimal cost.

ABC Insulation gave us an estimate. We made arrangements for the company to come and do the job. It's a small job and we didn't have to wait long for an appointment. ABC Insulation was prompt and professional. They did the work and then cleaned up. The amount we paid was the amount of the estimate, although we think that the area took longer and used more insulation than was previously estimated. The difference was obvious immediately. We're very happy with the job that was done and would recommend ABC Insulation to others.

Very well. Their price was competitive and with the amount we expected to spend. They arrived on time and finished in 4 hours as they stated. We have a vaulted ceiling in the living room and had to crawl over it to get to the other side of the house and they did so without any damage at all. Within a day, both my wife and I noticed a difference in the house. There was a noticeable decrease in the draftiness of the house. We are very happy with the results.

The owner provided an estimate on the very day I phoned with an inquiry. After estimating that the job would take about four hours we set up an appointment. The company arrived promptly on the day we agreed on and worked just 10 minutes shy of the estimated time (4 hours). They managed to bring in a hose from their truck to the third floor of my colonial home through a window on the second floor even though they could park their truck no closer than 50 feet from the house. In order to insulate the stairwell and the surrounding walls they had to drill 1" holes into the plaster walls and wooden stair risers. When they were finished, all the drilled holes had been appropriately plugged or replastered. They hauled a shop vac up to the third floor to clean up after themselves. My experience with this company was beyond satisfactory. They were professional from start to finish and answered every question I posed. They provided an informational brochure about the safety of the product used and its fire retardant. When all was finished, the bill was LESS than the estimate. That has never happened to me! The company owner said that adjusting the insulation in the crawl space was not as bad a job as he had expected. Can you believe it? I would rehire them in a heartbeat.

They were a no pressure company that did a great job on a difficult task. They were honest and reasonable in price by comparison.

Excellent! Steve and his crew gave us the best of three estimates. They arrived a few minutes early, worked quickly and efficiently. They were very polite and cleaned up thoroughly. There was a limited amount of fiber glass insulation which they repaired and then blew in a lot of celluse. What a difference! The house is much warmer and comfortable not only upstairs but throughout.

The price was less than quoted, due to less product use. The team was knowledgeable, cleaned up after themselves, and completed the work promptly.

The crew arrive right on schedule, (a little early, actually), and went straight to work. All 4 crew members were very professional and caring. The job was originally scheduled for 2 days, but the crew completed the entire job in only one day. They were extremely attentive to detail, and cleaned up meticulously. We are very pleased with the job.

I called Steve Spaeth at ABC Insulation to find out my options for addressing the problem, figuring we would talk about it over the phone. However, he was in the vicinity, and instead came over within half an hour. Steve crawled into my attic space and found that there was no insulation over the dining room - apparently a strong wind had blown insulation away from that area (the attic had plenty of insulation in general). Steve spread out the insulation, making sure it would stay in place. He spent almost an hour, and refused payment for his work. He also reassured me that the problem was unlikely to re-occur. I am still in awe - he was able to come over quickly on the one day I was available, found a simple solution to what could have been a nightmare, all at no charge. This guy is a class act.
