Overall everything went as expectied as far as the work that was done. When I called A.B.C. Steve Spaeth answered the phone and we discussed what I thought needed to be done. Steve provided some insight as to his opinion on the job quoted me a ballpark price over the phone and set a date to accomplish the work. Surprisingly that date was the next day. Steve and his workers showed up at the scheduled time. We talked about what was to be done and they went at it right away. They did what I expected in a professional manner, and cleaned up the site satisfactorily. I would use them again, and recommend them.

They do not use any of the more modern methods of insulating, nor do they do any of the house sealing work I needed per our energy audit. Not well versed on the rebates despite being listed as an approved provider by Dominion

Roof was being replaced next day. Called Steve last minute for estimate. He came over, then was able to perform work the following day. Insulation was blown in to the kitchen, dining room area after decking was removed. Crew worked with the roofers. Crew informed me of problems with another space they were going to blow in insulation. We need to get some repairs of drywall (unknown previous roof leak) before they can blow in into that area.

I contacted Steve on a Monday morning for an estimate and he was able to come out that afternoon! He showed me where I was lacking insulation in the attic area and provided a reasonable estimate, including a discount because I was an Angie's List customer! Steve and another worker (his nephew I think) arrived at the scheduled time the following week and got the job done very promptly! Steve was even kind enough to adjust my patio door that was sticking!! I would definitely recomment Steve and ABC Insulation!

steve and his crew were very professional and friendly (even to our dogs). did a terrifc job for an excellent price which included a nice discount for angie's list members. they even removed junk from our attic space(no extra charge). very helpful and courteous.clean-up after the job was outstanding. cannot say enough good things about how well this job went. would recommend abc insulation to any person who needs to have insulation work done. i am very happy that we hired steve to do our insulation job.
