Duane was professional and a great communicator. As thing arose on our job site (and a lot of things did come up) he was quick to deal with them and inform us of what was happening and why it was happening. He asked several questions about future work only so he could set up the next people and make their work easier. He did not have to do that stuff, but we certainly appreciate it.
