Cleveland Steamer

This was a $129 big deal purchase. Actually, they were terrible, absolutely terrible. Their truck actually stopped working and my husband had to go out there with our vehicle to jump their vehicle so it would start working and run the power that they needed . We will never, ever, ever use them again. The first problem was I made the request per the Angie's List website and I made the request that they contact me. I had requested certain dates because I had an event coming up. They never contacted me so I just gave up at that point and called another company. A few months later I remembered that I still had this so I contacted them directly and they did not know they were supposed to contact me. Beyond that, when I did finally get them out here we had the issue with the ridiculousness of their equipment. They were here way longer than they should have been because their truck was really old and it had a lot of issues. My advice to others is to beware of their old equipment and equipment that does not work.

These guys are awesome! They were here at the time they said they would be! Very professional and also informative on what they were doing. And they got all the stains out of the carpets! Awesome job guys! Would hire you guys in heart beat!

They were okay. They weren't spectacular, but okay. There was no additional cost. They could do a better job on the cleaning. I don't think it was the very best. The workers were okay.

Finally showed up 3 hrs late, but did keep in touch. Badly worn and dirty area was not cleaned except by normal cleaning. When I mentioned that I was disappointed that it was not any cleaner one of the workers went out to the truck and got a spray. He sprayed it on and then immediately went over the area. If it was allowed to penetrate for a few minutes it might have been cleaner.They asked me what other room I wanted cleaned and I told them by upstairs bedroom. They were clearly unhappy as they told me that they running late. I decided I didn't want a rush job so they only did the basement le

Dan called and asked if he could come early and was waiting for me When I arrived. Dan and his employee went right to work and were done in no time. Dan was professional and explained the process and ben showed me the dirty water at the end. Overall, I was pleased with dan's work and would use his services again.

It was fine. They did a good job. There were no additional fees for the service. Their attitude stood out. They worked very hard. They were conscientous. They're good.

They considered the stairs as one of the rooms. Otherwise, it was fine. I thought they would include the hallway that was a part of the stairs. They said they would do it but it would cost an additional $25. The price was fair. They were not on time but they did call to say they were running late. They weren't here long. They were here for about half an hour. I don't think they worked very well in getting some of the stains in the carpet that they could have. They have good response. Overall, the carpet looked better.

This was a $75 big deal purchase and they were great. They charged me an additional $20 to do a hallway. It was steam cleaning. They had trouble with their truck. Their truck was kind of in bad shape. The price, I think, was fair. It was good. I would use them again in the future if they got a new truck.

It went well, they were running a bit late but communicated in a timely manner. They had equipment issues which they promptly and professionally resolved.

The cleaners called to say they were on their way and arrived on time for appointment. Both were very courteous and professional. They cleaned the family room, study and an upstairs bedroom that our grandkids use when visiting. The bedroom carpet is off-white and had several stains that we figured were permanent; however, they were able to remove all of them. They took time to vacuum the stairs after cleaning the bedroom. They worked very quickly but thoroughly. We are happy with their work.

Cleveland Steamer responded quickly and was able to squeeze me in on short notice. Used the Angie's list deal for 3 rooms for $75. Carpets had no real stains (just wanted them cleaned for sanitary reasons) so I can't speak to that. They did exactly what I wanted and expected for $75. Workers were very kind, professional and made sure I was happy with the work they did.

Excellent. Arrived on time, very professional and friendly. Both gentleman worked quickly and efficiently. I will use them again in the future and will recommend them often.

He did two and a half rooms. He didn't do the one on the stairs. I talked to my guy. The service wasn't bad. They should make sure to get to three rooms that I was supposed to get.

They called to see if they could come early because they were running ahead. They got up all the spots and stains that I pointed out. They were very personable and professional.

It was pretty good. On a scale of 0 to 5, I'd say they're a 4. They did a good job. The carpeting came out very well. They didn't have the tabs to put underneath the furniture when it dries. Consequently, we're afraid to move stuff while it was still wet. When they came, I asked them to do the couch and the love seat, I believe he charged us $129. I thought it was kind of a high extra since he was already here.

It went fine. There were a couple of stains that still remained. They arrived on time. They were courteous. They got in, did their job and were done. I don't know if I will use them again. I just think carpet cleaners are very, very expensive. I would probably go with another deal before I would pay or rent my own equipment. It has nothing to do with them. They did some additional stuff and I was okay with it.

They confirmed the appointment when I called them the day before to do so. The day of the appt., they called ahead of time to let me know they were on the way, and they arrived fashionably early by about 5 minutes. They explained what they were going to do, and they did it with no dithering or distractions. Very nice guys, carried on decent and interesting conversations with both of them. I was only getting half the rooms cleaned, but they mentioned a 2nd deal on Angie's list that let me buy rug cleaning for the remaining two rooms for a fantastically low price. They were neat and their operation was clean; no sloshing or dribbling or backwash of dirty water. All wet hookups were located outside. I will keep their card on file and definitely call them next time the carpets need to be cleaned.

Dan and his assistant arrived on time and performed the work quickly and efficiently. The coffee stains all came up and the carpet looks great!
